Remembering a Great Hero

Upright efforts for constructive activity amongst Afrikan souls necessarily holds a level of commitment on the part of each soul for successful building to be realised. For this, self-knowingness, cultured living and structured order for engagement is key. It would be nonsensical to conceive of that the norm of pinnacle civilisation could be realised if Afrikan souls were steeped in unknowingness of themselves, uncultured and existed void of operational structure and order. Thankfully, throughout the ages this soul people demonstrated their profound depth of commitment in bringing about their necessary constructions with these and other vital qualities. The greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist were not established through happenstance.

According to a contemporary mainstream source, the word commitment is defined in the following way:

“the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc”.

Unfortunately, in a state of interruption and disruption, Afrikan souls may be driven into an existence whereby their commitment exclusively furnishes others that mean the Afrikan ill. At the same time, this could also mean that soul people may be susceptible to being ‘committed’ to vices of self-destruction pushed and peddled by the same others of ill. Of course, if Afrikans could be grotesquely shoe-horned and kept in a state of unknowingness of themselves, void of their own culture and have self-determined structured order nullified – then efforts of ill may have inevitable and dire results.

Despite the challenge of imposition, it is only Afrikan souls themselves that can restore themselves, their qualities of upright functioning and build for their ascension accordingly. One the crucial ways in which Afrikan souls can realise the commitment to their own elevation is through self-determined organisation. Here, organs can be established to – amongst other things - energise self-knowingness, cultured living and structured operation of rightful order. It matters not where souls are located organisational effort can be energised and brought to the fore. Effort can take the form of direct engagement or support. Thus, from whatever station, level or status souls can participate in vital organisational thrust and demonstrate crucial commitment to themselves and their betterment.

The great hero Omowale Malcolm X with his eloquent words of wisdom highlights the importance of Afrikan souls organising for themselves when he says:

“I hope and pray that we’ll be able to organise ourselves together”.

His hope and prayer surely speaks to each soul taking the necessary responsibility to purge themselves of contaminants of ill, self-destructive wrongdoings and the like. At the same time, each soul can empower themselves with genuine and upright effort as part of an organ working for Afrikan uplift in rightful order. Indeed, organs themselves surely ought not invite the debilitating talons of others that mean the Afrikan ill through direct control or control by proxy.

The primary and pioneering people of the world who brought forth culture and civilisation naturally carry the expertise and experience of such and in their most prolific forms. Surely, this people can commit themselves to bring to the fore their acumen of constructive brilliancy – whether here, there or elsewhere - in the now and throughout the tomorrows to come.  Civilisation is not of happenstance.
