From whatever station, level or status Afrikan souls can make steps of progression in this regard. It matters not whether the Afrikan is located, here, there or elsewhere ascension for this primary people of creation must surely be realised. Indeed, it is a world of Afrikan ascension that can bring about the fullest security and optimal flourishing for this soul people.
