Celebrating Focal Places of Empowerment

Maximising the natural and constructive thrust
of life expression is something that Afrikan souls have demonstrated
exceptionally throughout the ages. Clearly, the indelible record of the
greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist is undeniable. Such capacity
is realised as the natural outgrowth from this people’s self-determined spiritual-cultural
core. This is the seat of Afrikan capacity development as the Afrikan reveals
optimal constructive excellence from each generation to the next. With the special
places designated for spiritual-cultural learning and practice comes the
inherent thrust of capacity development.
According a contemporary mainstream source, the term capacity development holds the following meaning:
“Capacity development as “the process whereby people, organisations and society as whole unleash, strengthen, create, adapt and maintain capacity over time”, in order to achieve development results”.
At this point, it is considered pertinent to this discussion to adjust the sourced definition to reflect specifically the Afrikan experience. As a result, the following may be stated:
“Afrikan capacity development is the process whereby Afrikan people, Afrikan organisations and Afrikan societies as a whole unleash, strengthen, create, adapt and maintain optimal possible capacity for Afrikan flourishing and ascension over time. Afrikan capacity development facilitates the self-determined thrust to achieve development results”.
Of course, the adjusted definition may readily be used as a description in regard to this aspect of Afrikan throughout their self-determined norm of flourishing. However, subject to destructive impositions of others that mean the Afrikan ill, in a state of interruption and disruption conditions may paint a different (perhaps even, intensely oppositional) picture.
Therefore, it is for Afrikan souls to recover for themselves a level of self-knowingness and cultured living to reveal their capacity development and exercise it accordingly. Only Afrikan souls can do this for themselves. The use of specially designated time and space can be key in this endeavour. Wherever the Afrikan is located and from whatever station, level or status souls can take positive steps in this regard.
This primary people of creation revealing their optimal capacity surely has an inevitable outcome. As their unparalleled and richly endowed continuum demonstrates, superlative civilisation is mainstay expression. The natural imperatives of soul people to construct and secure their continual ascension do not change whether their continuum is disrupted or not. Of course, the challenges presented by prevalent conditions may alter. Yet, the capacity development of and for Afrikan souls has its necessary place. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
