Celebrating Focal Places of Empowerment

A
natural norm and imperative amongst Afrikan souls is the continuity of their
ascension. Each generation to the next rises from the sterling efforts made by
those that came before them in the ever-onward progression of upright life-constructions.
For this to be realised, special places of Afrikan determination that
facilitate continual development are necessarily established and utilised
accordingly. At the core of Afrikan development process is their spiritual-cultural
substance that empowers the panorama of life’s activities from learning to the application
of skills. Throughout the ages of their continuum the results of this primary
people’s self-determined efforts have been made clear in the realisation of the
greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist.
According to a contemporary mainstream source, the term continual development attracts the following description in respect of – what might be described as – a type of working life in a popularised modern context:
“Builds professional skills and competencies of self and others. Key Behaviours. Identifies personal skill areas to be developed and translates them into measurable goals. Seeks out ways to improve performance and efficiency on the job”.
If one were to transform this meaning for it to relate specifically to Afrikan souls, the result may look like the following:
“Builds skills and competencies of the Afrikan self in immediate and wider spheres for self-determined ascension of upright order. Key Behaviours that enhance Afrikan life are empowered. Identifies personal skill areas to be developed by the Afrikan and translates them into measurable goals in the construction and security of their civilisation. Seeks out ways to improve performance and efficiency in their functional roles for Afrikan betterment”.
Such an adjusted meaning holds qualities that would surely have been relevant to the natural norm of self-determined and flourishing Afrikan life throughout the ages. It may also hold qualities that are crucial for Afrikan souls subject to a state of interruption and disruption by the hands of others that mean the Afrikan ill. If those that mean the Afrikan ill had their way, skills and competencies encouraged amongst the Afrikan would exclusively serve the interests of others to the total neglect of upright Afrikan ascension. Worse yet, those same skills and competencies may be deployed in such a way as to work against Afrikan best interest – even to be a destructive force in Afrikan life.
Therefore, Afrikan souls establishing and utilising special places that can empower their continual development is surely vital. Wherever the Afrikan is located and from whatever station, level or status progressive steps forward can be made in this regard.
This primary people of creation can again realise their fullest potential and fullest capability, this time secured into eternity. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
