Celebrating Focal Places of Empowerment

Spiritual
and culturally based organisational flow has been with the Afrikan throughout
the ages. As such, one may say that the organisational prowess of this pioneering
people who established the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to
exist held spiritual-cultural science at the foundational core of their life’s
ordered functioning. Special places of focus were necessarily organised for
empowerment of a naturally highly organised people of prolific ascension.
According to a contemporary mainstream source, the phrase organisational development is given the following definition:
“Organisational development is a critical and science-based process that helps organisations build their capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes”.
Of course, in the modern popularised context ‘science’ may have come to mean something very different in contrast to it being used as a descriptor for the norm of rightfully ordered Afrikan life. It may even have become the descriptor of that which is oppositional to lived knowingness of Afrikan spiritual-cultural fabric.
In a state of interruption and disruption, the destructive impositions of others of ill can create, and intensely exacerbate, cavities between Afrikans their natural norm of highly organised flourishing. If consumed with self-damaging gullibility of blind-acceptance, souls may succumb to taking on pseudo-organisational development intentionally concocted by others of ill to derail Afrikan life rather that empower it. Ill-doings in this regard may be embroiled with an array of pseudo-identities set to ravage Afrikan orderly oneness and boost abject disorder through divide-and-rule stratagem.
Despite the challenges, Afrikan organisational development ought to be restored and safeguarded for upright and imperative Afrikan ascension. For this, a level of self-knowingness and cultured living is key.
Afrikan souls surely must establish and utilise special places for their organisational development whether here, there or elsewhere. From whatever level, station or status this soul people can take steps of progress in this crucial sphere of betterment for self.
The lessons that can be gleaned from the norm of Afrikan optimal flourishing are vital. Likewise, the lessons that can be gleaned from the abnormality of disruption are also significant to necessary continual and constructive progress of this primary people of creation.
What then will the Afrikan organise themselves to do? The answer is surely and indelibly etched in the annals of the Afrikan continuum of exceptional self-determined experience. It is no accident that this highly civilised people built superlatively. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance and is to be built, this time secured into eternity.
