Celebrating Focal Places of Empowerment

From the earliest of times Afrikan social advancement
has naturally been of exceptional and pioneering order. So much so, that the many
queues, markers, pointers and substance of Afrikan social constructs have left outside
onlookers awestruck and wanting. Certainly, social development of excellence was
a definite part of this primary people bringing to fruition the greatest and
most enduring civilisations ever to exist.
According to a contemporary mainstream source, the term social development holds the following meaning:
“Social development is about improving the well-being of every individual in society so they can reach their full potential. The success of society is linked to the well-being of each and every citizen. Social development means investing in people”.
In the context of this discussion, the focus upon Afrikan souls is principle. As such, the sourced definition can usefully be altered to reflect the Afrikan experience. In so doing, one may arrive at the following articulation:
“Afrikan social development is about improving the well-being of every Afrikan soul in society so they can reach their full potential in their imperative thrust for Afrikan ascension. The success of Afrikan society is linked to the well-being, uprightness and positive/ constructive engagement of each and every Afrikan soul. Afrikan social development means investing in the Afrikan self throughout its various levels”.
Of course, in a state of interruption and disruption, where Afrikan souls may be intensively set upon by others that mean the Afrikan ill, the Afrikan natural norm of self-determined social development can suffer acutely. Faced with a barrage of destructive imposition, would-be social development of excellence and flourishing may become a reduced to a posture of sheer survival at best. Indeed, the persistent strategies of ill deployed by others can be the source of dire disfunction to state the least. Further, it would be folly of dire disorder for others of ill to deliberately create social havoc amongst Afrikan souls and then erroneously pose as some sort of ‘well-meaning’ ‘solution-provider’ to the instigated disfunction.
Despite the challenges, it is only Afrikan souls themselves that can restore their self-knowingness their natural norm of social development of excellence to realise their upright ascension. From whatever station level or status Afrikan souls surely have a duty and responsibility to themselves to make self-determined steps of progress in this regard. From whatever station, level or status Afrikan souls can again reveal their social prowess of upright and constructive brilliancy by utilising special time and space designated for purpose. This time fortified with the know-how of security that disruption facilitates. Such vital effort can be progressive engagement whether the Afrikan is here, there or elsewhere.
If social development of excellence was key in the highly civilised norm of Afrikan souls optimally flourishing norm of yesteryear, then surely it is key in the imperative rise to optimality in the now. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
