Celebrating Focal Places of Empowerment

Afrikan
souls, the pioneering people of culture, developed and expressed values amongst
themselves that gave rise to the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever
to exist. However, in a time of interruption and disruption Afrikan souls may be
hurled into a state bereft of their norm of lived values and thus their natural
thrust for the construction of high civilisation can suffer acutely. In such
conditions, values development holds the necessary quality of recovery as well
as that of empowerment for the fullest flourishing of Afrikan life.
According to a contemporary mainstream source, the term values development is given the following meaning:
“Values development is acquiring values through gradual changes over time. Values education involves forming values in learners as they interact with their environment, with relevance to their lives and involvement of their faculties. Parents and teachers play important roles in values learning”.
To relate this meaning specifically to the Afrikan experience, alteration is considered apt. The resulting adjustment may look like the following:
“Afrikan values development is Afrikan souls reestablishing their values through creative restoration and progressive change over time. Afrikan values education involves building and rebuilding values in learners as they interact with their environment, with relevance to their lives and engagement in the imperative thrust of Afrikan ascension. Afrikan parents and teachers play important roles in Afrikan values learning”.
Despite any efforts by others that mean the Afrikan ill, that may attempt to perennially deny Afrikan souls of their own self-determined values, it is for Afrikan souls to engage themselves in Afrikan values development. The recovery and flourishing of value-rooted Afrikan life can be enlivened from whatever station, level or status Afrikan souls may hold. It matters not whether the Afrikan is located here, there or elsewhere core values for Afrikan ascension can be successfully brought to the fore.
This primary people of creation surely have a duty and responsibility to themselves to bring about their security and optimal flourishing with their rooted values of continuity and elevation. Indeed, Afrikan souls need not become agents of self-destructive or self-hinderance by denying their magnificently rich experience by truncating it to the disruption of a plantation or colony. To do this would surely be carrying out the ill-intent of others that mean the Afrikan ill by proxy. Rather, this soul people can – and surely must – realise their highly civilised norm. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
