Utterance from this supreme visionary

“If I must be learned and I have first to accept the learning that is brought to me by others, when I have learned and know enough to teach others it is time that I turn around and teach myself so that I might successfully teach others whose destiny may be linked [in oneness of race]. I have done so. I am glad to say that I am not a successful student of the white man [or other foreigner] because whatever I have learned, like you, under his [pseudo-]civilisation, has been placed [in progression of Afrikan civilisation]. I have rejected everything that a mind that is original can discover that is intended to make that mind a serf or [enslaved]. And that is the state of mind I am to get you in if we are to unitedly [restore our true] place in the world”.
