Celebrating Economy at the Living Observance Level

Afrikan souls are naturally a
self-determining people who have, through the course of their outstanding and
superlative journeying throughout history established civilisation beyond
compare. This people brought forth by the Creator Supreme as the primary souls
of the world have a natural propensity to build - and not just build. But to
build in excellence for themselves in thrust of nationhood. A fundamental part of the building process in
Afrikan life is the Afrikan economy that allows resource to harnessed and used
for Afrikan ascension in the best ways possible. As with other areas of Afrikan
life, economy is naturally rooted in the spiritual and cultural fabric of the
Afrikan way. Unfortunately, in recent times others that mean the Afrikan ill
have attempted to destroy Afrikan nation and its rightfully flourishing economy.
Attacks have been unleashed physically and by other means such as the peddling of anti-Afrikan
propaganda even at the most seemingly petty levels: ‘You are not worthy of
economy because you have an Afrikan name’. Or, ‘you are not worthy of economy
because you are not educated’. Of course, having an Afrikan name implies self determined strength from the Afrikan way. And ‘educated’ in this sense is a twisting to mean being processed and validated as a tool of alien forces in the guise of
certified approval.
The alien forces of anti-Afrikan agency in their desperation to undermine Afrikan progress, development and integrity attempt to reangle, reframe anti-Afrikan propaganda to suit their own self-centred interests. They’ll align themselves this way or align themselves that way depending on which Afrikan soul(s) they deem the target. With the ‘luxury’ of a range of alien institutions (academic or otherwise) that they have set up to rule and dominate – they simply select ‘one from the bag’ as the best tool for their destructive ends in the attempt to unleash maximum devastating impact on the target.
During the lifespan of the great liberator Omowale Malcolm X the avenue of ‘alien education’ (amongst many others) was brought to the fore as means to justify Afrikan souls being derailed from missioning and effort for their own self-determined betterment. This great hero articulated the following in a debate:
“If white immigrants can come to this country fifty years ago with nickels and dimes and no education. And come here and pool their nickels and dimes and no education. And set up little stores, develop these stores into larger stores. Develop this into an industry which creates job opportunities for whites. Since Lincoln was supposed to have freed the [Afrikan] a hundred years ago. And today, according to the government economists, has spending power of twenty billion dollars per year. We feel that with the [Afrikan] spending twenty billion dollars per year not setting up any businesses, not creating any industry, not creating any job opportunities for his own kind. He’s not in a moral position to point the finger today at the white man and tell the white man he’s discriminating against him for not giving him a job in factories that he himself set up. If the [Afrikan] has twenty billion dollars and these so-called negro leaders are such geniuses that they can integrate white restaurants and integrate white factories and force themselves into that which the white man has set up, they should use that same ingenuity and show [the Afrikan] how to pool our wealth and set up something of our own. And then we won’t have to force our way into his anymore”.
Wonderfully, Afrikan souls continue to extract what they can to better their lives and circumstance using the educational institutions available. However, in the true sense of the word which means to bring out, there is a deeper knowingness that has been with the Afrikan throughout the ages as grand inheritance from generation to generation that is vital and independent and beyond the clutches of alien enterprise. This is true for economic function as well as other areas in life. In this, Afrikan souls must surely have a wholesome relationship with themselves and the own way of life for progressive Afrikan nation. The psuedo-relations of alien destructive ilk ought then be safeguarded against.
Ujamaa Kiburi Siku is a wonderful part of the spiritual-cultural observance calendar of the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation. It takes place in the first week of June marking the time of significant occurrence both on the continent of Afrika and in the diaspora concerning Afrikan economy. Ujamaa Kiburi Siku as with the other observances on the Afrikan cultural calendar is just that – an observance. Therefore, wherever the Afrikan is whether at home, at a community gathering or elsewhere it can be observed.
