Celebration of First Fruits

The wonderful harvest celebration of Kwanzaa is a truly divine gift of the Creator Supreme. It is a celebration of annual spiritual and cultural effort and as such is a time to lift in glory the rewards of annual victories won. The spiritual and cultural calendar of the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation (URAN) is a calendar of the observance periods throughout the year that are lived as necessary times for the cultivation of Afrikan life in the thrust for global Afrikan ascension. Afrikan life is divine life and thus the mighty deities of the Afrikan pantheon are vital to Afrikan souls throughout the annual observance cycle. At this level, the wonderful observance of Kwanzaa is a period of celebration of all year round living for ascension. Here outlined are summaries of each observance of the URAN calendar in respect of each of the deities brought to focal prominence during each time period:
Omowale Malcolm X Kukumbuko (Remembrance)
Ogun (the child nurtured and cultivated to be unconquerable victor for rightfulness). This is an observance of rooted reality. The great hero Omowale Malcolm X - Ogun manifest - lives and expresses Ukweli (Truth) and as a result is a brilliant light of Afrikan ever-victorious adulthood. Amongst much else, through remembrance of Omowale Malcolm X the lessons that emerge from the wickedness of criminal foreign forces that attempted to destroy Ukweli (Truth) by murderously attacking Afrikan life are valuable to the imperative of Afrikan ascension. Throughout the various stages of his physical lifespan Omowale Malcolm X was set upon by evil alien forces in their desperate and futile attempt to deny Afrikans Ukweli (Truth). Ukweli (Truth) is fabric of Afrikan life and must be so in all of its glory. As Afrikan souls continually lift themselves to fullest flourishing Ukweli (Truth) is asserted, Afrikan life and nation is to be safeguarded and the alien enemy left unto himself. Ogun lives eternally victorious. Omowale Malcom X lives eternally victorious.
Kimungu Madhabahuni (Divine Shrine)
Creator Supreme (the Ultimate Divine of all that is). It is the Creator Supreme that brought the sacred universe to be and rightfully placed the divine Afrikan soul in centrality of it. The Afrikan shrine from the home to that of the nation are divine places of living punctuation in the reverence of of Creator Supreme, the honouring of Great Ancestors and of Afrikan sacredness as a whole. With the shrine the Afrikan can energise divinity the divinity of self throughout the Afrikan continuum and elevate the Afrikan being in oneness of spirit and mission. The Afrikan shrine is a living testament to the Garveyite Kiswahili utterance: Mungu Moja! Lengo Moja ! Dira Moja! – One Creator! One Aim! One Destiny! The Creator Supreme is. Elegbara as messenger of all the deities is also of key importance during this time.
Omowale Malcolm X Siku (Day)
Ogun (the child nurtured and cultivated to be unconquerable victor for rightfulness). The nurturing and development of the Afrikan young to become blossoming victorious Afrikan adults is vital for global Afrikan ascension. In celebrating Omowale Malcolm X – Ogun manifest – the development of young ones is a reflection of the rightful responsibility of the more senior Afrikan souls who have themselves transformed to become shining examples of Afrikan nationhood. Ogun lives eternally victorious. Omowale Malcom X lives eternally victorious.
Afrika Ukombozi Siku (Afrika Liberation Day)
Shango warrior emperor for rightfulness that abhors wilful and malicious wrongdoing against the Afrikan nation. With the natural elements of thunder and lightning Afrikan liberty and nationhood must and will be raised to pinnacle heights and safeguarded in oneness of the global Afrikan self. The sacred and most bountiful of homeland – Afrika, must be returned to and restored by its natural divine custodians – the Afrikan. Afrikan self-governance must reign and the alien enemy forces left unto themselves. Afrikan people are the natural emperors of their self-governing nation. Afrikan people eternally live. Shango warrior emperor eternally lives.
Ujamaa Kiburi Siku (Afrikan Economic Pride Day)
Osun divine monarch of love, beauty and wealth is a mighty force in global Afrikan ascension. During Ujamaa Kiburi Siku the golden superlative beautifulness of deific Afrikan economy is enlivened in the Afrikan soul (the most naturally beautiful people of the world). The self-loving expression of restoration, safeguarding, maintenance and maximally developed Afrikan economy is the glory of Osun realised. Osun abhors the circumstance of Afrikan subject to and exploited by alien piracy functioning in the guise of economy and energises Afrikans to lift themselves to their rightful and proper place of naturalness as the most wealthy people in the world. Musa Msimu (Garvey Season)

Yemanja Siku (Day)
Yemanja is divine motherhood manifest. She is the deity of the all waterflow throughout the world. The bringer, nurturer, sustainer and protector of Afrikan life. Water is the most prevalent substance on the earth’s surface and is a vital element of Creation itself. By reflection, water is also the most prevalent substance in the Afrikan body. During the process of new life coming forth waterflow is of ever greater significance. As water flows eternally, Afrikan people live eternally. Yemanja lives eternally.
Malkia wa Uhuru (Queens of Liberty)
Oya is a fierce warrior for all that is just and right. She protects the Afrikan nation and the Afrikan continuum past, present and future. She wields the forces of nature. She is manifest in the plethora of great Afrikan warrior queens of liberty that have magnificently graced the world with forthright, courageous and royal presence. The queens of Afrikan liberty lift Afrikan souls to pinnacle heights of nationhood and safeguarding the same. The Afrikan queens of liberty have eternal dedication and commitment to the Afrikan nation. The Afrikan queens of liberty live eternally. Oya lives eternally.
Afrikan Historia Msimu (Afrikan History Season)
Orunmila the supreme wisdom guide for Afrikan souls of the world. He is the deity of Afrikan wisdom, knowledge and utterance and as such brings forth to pinnacle heights the wisdom of the Afrikan history continuum to empower Afrikan life to its fullest. He energises the writing, reading and learning that Afrikan people empower themselves with in the living knowingness of their own experience in the world. In this, Orunmila energies living Afrikan history - the living Afrikan history of the then, the now and the tomorrows to come. Afrikan history is Afrikan eternal living. Orumila lives eternally.
From this all year round observance cultivation the celebratory observance period of Kwanzaa comes into meaningful fruition also as a part of the cycle:
Kwanzaa (First fruits of the Harvest)
Each observance of the annual Afrikan calendar cycle is a part of the cultivation of Afrikan life to achieve its fullest flourishing. The soil of the Afrikan spiritual and cultural fabric is prepared. The seeds of Afrikan ascension are sown. Essential growth is nurtured and protected from alien pestilence. Magnificent crops of bountiful Afrikan life are produced. Superlative yield in harvesting for the Afrikan nation. The Kwanzaa observance is a celebration of victories of the year’s harvesting efforts and the projection for the cultivation of victory for the year to come. The Afrikan deites elevated throughout the year to achieve harvesting magnificence are honoured during Kwanzaa as a part of the celebration as they carry the pinnacle divine qualities of the necessary energies for expression of the respective area of genius flow. The deities of: Fatherhood, Obatala; Motherhood, Yemanja; and of Ogun, the child raised to be victor unconquerable are essential to Kwanzaa within URAN. Certainly, it is the all year round effort of every Afrikan man, woman and child that builds the global Afrikan nation for the yield of absolute Afrikan victory.
Though specific deities are highlighted in the summaries for each observance, Afrikan life is holistic and does not mean the exclusion of other deities during that season. The Ultimate Divine is with the Afrikan in any time or space. The qualities of the Ultimate Divine reflected through each deity is not mutually exclusive. Thus, there is shared fabric. For example, Eshu with his exceptional knowingness of all that is rightful in the world as well as all that is wrongful in the world can energise maximal Afrikan flourishing whilst enriching the wherewithal to safeguard the Afrikan nation from alien ills throughout all seasons of the year. Likewise, the deity Oko energies the harvesting throughout the seasons of the year with the acumen required to maximise the various aspects or specialisms of progressive Afrikan life. This is necessarily so as the annual cycle for the bountiful Afrikan harvest is one of an array of crops brought to fullest fruition through the range of observances for whole victory of and in oneness of annual living.
The wonderful observance of Kwanzaa takes place from the 26th of so-called December to the 1st of so-called January. It is seven-day period of Afrikan celebration and spiritual-cultural enrichment. Based upon the harvesting traditions of the Afrikan world this celebration of first fruits has at its core the Nguzo Saba (Seven Principles) together with an beautiful array of deeply meaningful symbols established elevate the Afrikan world community to its fullest flourishing.
