Divinity in the Contemporary World

The Afrikan does not claim perfection, for that the is preserve of the Ultimate Divine. Though, the unending thrust for excellence has forever been the natural norm for this primary people of creation. Equipped with the self-determined foundation of their own way of life with their values and fabric of rightful order, Afrikan souls have built in tremendous and outstanding ways. Should counterproductive faults appear in whatever sphere of life construction and ascension, the Afrikan will naturally seek to make amendments and continue the course of grand rising.

Of course, the areas that require corrective adjustment can be readily identified within the context of the Afrikan self-governing norm. In circumstances of disruption and interruption such as that of the Maafa of recent centuries such identification can become more challenging. See, the destructive effects of Afrikan life being set upon in dire ways can breed a level of confusion whereby the perception of what is rightful order can be skewed or worse. For some susceptible Afrikan souls perceived success can mean disaster for the race in substance.

The supreme visionary Marcus Garvey articulates with deep insight the condition of fault in the following way:

“A peculiar fault of the [Afrikan] is that he supports and patronises, through a kind of curious excitement, the very things that do him the greatest harm, and refuses the that very support to things that mean him the greatest good”.

Here then, it is powerfully important for Afrikan souls to restore knowingness of themselves and thus regain their self-determined orientation of rightful progress. This surely cannot be left to or expected of alien institutions of ill. This is something that the Afrikan has to do for self in the best ways possible. Whether that is to participate in formal learning programmes such as that of Afrikan World Studies or other such vehicle, the Afrikan must surely address self-knowing to act and build accordingly.

The inspiration and wisdom guidance of the great Marcus Garvey is surely mission-compelling for Afrikans worldwide. Here, the imperative thrust of independent learning can be energised throughout the levels of the self:

The person self (for Afrikan masculine manhood) or (for Afrikan feminine womanhood)

The harmonious and complementary Afrikan male-female union

The Afrikan family

The Afrikan community

The Afrikan nation

The  Afrikan world community
