Divinity in the Contemporary World

Naturally steeped in the their
own self-determined way of life Afrikan souls reared and established their own upright
leadership throughout the various levels of the self and within the various
spheres of expressed life activity. The world’s most grand and enduring civilisations
did not come about by happenstance.
Of course, during the Maafa of recent centuries the Afrikan has been set upon in a host of destructive ways by others that mean them ill. Despite this it is only Afrikan souls themselves that can restore their own life functioning and substance for maximal ascension.
In a state of disruption genuine and progressive Afrikan leadership may not be readily visible to Afrikan souls especially amidst circumstance clouded with alien-peddled anti-Afrikan propaganda. As such, questions that may not have been necessary to raise the natural arena of Afrikan self-governance, may be triggered in the mind of the Afrikan interrupted.
What is genuine and progressive Afrikan leadership based upon? Is it based upon financial gain? Is it based upon status determined by alien forces? Is it based upon who can out-bully the next soul? Is based upon who can out malign the next soul? Is it based upon Afrikan men leaving their masculinity behind? Is it based upon Afrikan women leaving their femininity behind? Is it based upon scholarly theories that hold aspects that ought to be re-examined?
There is no doubt that Afrikan souls ought to gain wealth in the best ways possible in rightful order. There is no doubt that is rightful order for Afrikan souls to be self-determining. There is no doubt that Afrikan souls ought to be strong physically and otherwise in rightful order. There is no doubt that Afrikan souls ought to express praiseworthy activity and thus attract praise in rightful order. There is no doubt that Afrikan men are to embrace the rightful order of their masculinity. There is no doubt that Afrikan women are to embrace the rightful order of their femininity. There is no doubt that useful scholarly works can be created, embraced, built upon and (if necessary) improved in line with rightful order.
Surely then, whatever the leadership role throughout the levels of the self, self-knowingness is key if the Afrikan is be self-determining, self-governing and engaged in the rightful order of betterment for themselves.
The Supreme visionary Marcus Garvey, set about restoring self-determined order for Afrikan souls on a global scale. From the Black Man magazine established and edited by Marcus Garvey comes an article penned by the Garveyite S.A. Haynes an extract reads:
“What part is [Afrikan] leadership playing on the world horizon? How is it measuring up to the exigencies of the moment? Can it speak with a authoritative voice in the interests of its constituency? Is it feared, despised or ignored? Putting aside the glamour, sentiment and emotion, and facing only the factual evidence before us, the most rapid raceologists must frankly admit that, where [Afrikan] leadership is concerned in making itself felt in the present arena of tumultuous world affairs, ‘There is confusion’….The confusion in [Afrikan] leadership which exists in the three main spheres of [Afrikan] life – Afrika, United States and the West Indies constitutes a serious indictment of the intelligentsia and races greatest liability. The race has all to gain and nothing to lose in detouring from a ‘middle-of-the-road’ policy to a definite racial highway leading to independent [Afrikan] nationalism and social and economic security carved out of its own intelligence, fortitude and self-denial.
If the present confusion in [Afrikan] leadership continues for long the race will be hogtied again for another century of exploitation if not annihilation. No race can rise higher than its leadership and that leadership can give no more to its constituents than the capacity of mind, and heart and vision and courage of its collective units”.
The article provides some challenging commentary for Afrikans to heed. Have circumstances changed for Afrikan leadership from then to now? For some, the assertion might be a yes, but for the worse. Whether this is true or not the challenge is afoot for Afrikan souls to reach their fullest potential and capability. Certainly, there are a number of qualities that are stated in the above article that can be usefully brought to the fore in genuine Afrikan leadership working for the upliftment of the race.
The inspiration and wisdom guidance of the great Marcus Garvey is surely mission-compelling for Afrikans worldwide. Here, the imperative thrust of independent learning can be energised throughout the levels of the self:
The person self (for Afrikan masculine manhood) or (for Afrikan feminine womanhood)
The harmonious and complementary Afrikan male-female union
The Afrikan family
The Afrikan community
The Afrikan nation
The Afrikan world community
