Celebrating the Wonderful Observance of Kwanzaa

Afrikan people have developed their own exceptional ways of living and governing themselves from the beginning. Naturally, self-governance for the Afrikan is an expression of their spiritual-cultural core of life and as such nationhood blossoms in magnificence as history attests. The wonderful observance of Kwanzaa represents a powerful vehicle of cultural restoration and continual Afrikan ascension. It is rooted in age-old and continuing traditions of the world Afrikan community and naturally serves the best interest of the Afrikan world community. In the contemporary context where the political machinery of others has been popularised Kwanzaa has been victoriously established as a great vehicle of cultural engagement for Afrikan souls.

According to a popular mainstream platform the word politics means:

“the activities associated with the governance of a country or area, especially the debate between parties having power”

Political science, systems and parties of foreign construction are simply not a part of the Afrikan cultural paradigm. Claims that Kwanzaa is of foreign socialist construction because it rightfully places value on the Afrikan community; or claims that Kwanzaa is of foreign capitalistic construction because it rightfully places value on Afrikan economic empowerment is fallacious. In reality, the primary people of the world had well established governance and nationhood prior to the emergence of the societal construction efforts of others. Indeed, Afrikan souls had their own flourishing economies before economy existed for other people. According to one European researcher of the 1700s during the chattel enslavement period of the Maafa of recent centuries:

“This race of Black men, today our slave and the object of our scorn, is the very race to which we owe our arts, sciences and even the use of speech !”.

As a vehicle of cultural restoration Kwanzaa progressively draws upon knowingness of Afrikan souls throughout the ages in a way that is readily accessible and applicable to Afrikan life in the now and time to come. Foreign political parties to the left, right, centre or otherwise may make mention of Kwanzaa, for whatever reason, this in no way means that an important cultural observance in Afrikan culture is aligned to that party. Rather, Afrikan cultural observances such as Kwanzaa are aligned to Afrikan souls.

The mainstream source also states that politics can be defined as:

“activities aimed at improving someone's status or increasing power within an organisation”.

Therefore, caution is surely to be advised for Afrikan souls for if this becomes the exclusive thrust of individuals engaged in foreign political machinery.  A person could make pronouncements that appear to be in favour of Afrikan souls whilst denying Afrikan interests in order to propel that person within the realms of a particular party.

It would be a travesty of doom for Afrikan souls to dismiss their own self-determined culture and surely ought never do so on the basis of aesthetic political wrangling. Naturally, Afrikan people are rightfully and principally rooted in their own culture first and foundationally.

Kwanzaa is a beautiful seven-day celebratory observance of Afrikan family and community that is an important part of Afrikan culture. It is a gross misconception if this observance is considered to be a tool of foreign political machinery.
