Sacralised Accompaniment

The first and most sophisticated articulators of language and communication is undoubtedly the great Afrikan souls - the first of humanity to emerge from the womb of Creation. From the longest-lived history of communication expression comes the most profound words of wisdom. The deepest articulations of life’s unfolding are synonymous with this primary and divine people. Through writing, speech, rhythmic vibrations, symbolism and more the Afrikan has remembered, envisioned, projected, prophesised, made manifest and so much more through their wonderful language forms. Certain utterances or writings have become the extremely important sacralised accompaniment, inspiration, recall and projection as Afrikan people lift themselves in living remembrance of their greatness and their great ones.

With the savage interruptions of the Maafa of recent centuries the Afrikan has been wickedly treated as a commodity to be bought, sold, used and abused. Such vile conditions were to render the Afrikan voiceless of self and articulations were only to be made in service of the so-called master, ‘yes master boss’. No matter what the barbarous imposition, the Afrikan is brutalised into expressing the ill notion, ‘when the master gives you something you take it’, in order to validate the onslaught however torturous, sinister, genocidal or vicious.

Today, Afrikans throughout the world are still imposed upon by the forces of anti-Afrikan agency projecting themselves as master through miseducation, so-called professionalisms, mess-media and the barrage of other institutions designed and functioning in the interest of enemy forces. Trinket provision and other vices have been deployed in arsenal of Afrikan destruction. Coerced outside of him or her self Afrikan people are rendered susceptible to dire manipulations of the same false notions of the all-powerful so-called master in continuance of the horrors unleashed from the enslavement of Afrikans bogusly treated as chattel.

However, the spirit of the magnificent divine and first people of Creation have fought to reclaim and assert their true selves in the face of genocidal enemy attacks. Great ones have emerged to lead or light the path to total global Afrikan liberty and nationhood in the most excellent and cogent ways.  One exceptional example is that of the great and magnificent hero Omowale Malcolm X. As this grand liberator of Afrikan souls is remembered throughout the Afrikan world, words of remembrance echo in the ethereal and physical energising and giving strength to the betterment of a whole people.

One the great utterances of remembrance was articulated with profound depth and meaning in his eulogy, part of which reads:

Did you ever really listen to him? Did he ever do a mean thing? Was he himself ever associated with violence or any public disturbance? For if you did you would know him. And if you know him you would know why we must honour him: Malcolm was our manhood, our living, Black manhood! This was his meaning his people. And, in honouring him, we honour the best in ourselves.

During the observance period of Omowale Malcom X Kukumbuko (Remembrance) this great hero continues to energise the Afrikan soul as words from his eulogy are expressed through ritual and ceremony. The profound wisdom words of Omowale are also recalled and expressed. Omowale Malcolm X Kukumbuko holds these profound words of remembrance that are a part of the spiritual-cultural fabric and sacralised accompaniment that allows the spirit of Omowale Malcolm X to continue to shine the brilliant light of depth, meaning and purpose of mission in the hearts of the superlative spirit ones of Creation. Why? As the great one eloquently states:

Because that is what you and I are – Afrikans!

Omowale Malcolm X Kukumbuko is a restorative spiritual and cultural observance providing a vehicle for Afrikan people to live their own way of life in the now and in time to come.
