Celebrating the Great Afrikan History Continuum

There are many meaningful ways to describe historical occurrence throughout the great history continuum of Afrikan souls. One way is to pinpoint significant occurrence and highlight it accordingly. The term historical moment may encapsulate such activity. A mainstream source offers the following succinct detail of the term:

“A historical event of great significance. milestone. watershed. landmark. Climax”.

Yet, for Afrikan souls rooted in their norm of spiritual-cultural fabric historical moments are far from isolated, discrete and limited to a detached and rigid apportionment of time. The tendency in a contemporary world of interruption and disruption to see time and its occurrences in a totally exclusive mechanical way can deny the profound and deeply meaningful unending flow of Afrikan life’s reality. This primary people of creation may well deem it necessary to point-point historical moments with rigidity as it suits some specific purpose, but at the same time – and at a deeper level – historical moments can also be seen as eternal moments.

The word eternal, according to another mainstream source attracts the following detail:

“lasting or existing forever; without end”.

Thus, in articulation of the term eternal moment one speaks of a moment that is everlasting. Here, occurrence continues to exist after inception or any immediate experience of it. As the soul recalls -even in its processing of memory - a particular event can continue to live. Indeed, it may well be appropriate to state that a moment is relived and can be relived perennially as it is continually remembered.   Further, at some level moments can be re-occurrences of moments before and can re-occur again presently and future-wise.

The Afrikan history continuum is of the past, present and future. Therefore, its historical moments also naturally and necessarily carry the qualities of the then, the now and the tomorrows to come.

Despite the efforts of others that mean the Afrikan ill to destroy Afrikan conceptions of their continual flow, only Afrikan souls can safeguard their self-knowingness and spiritual-cultural fabric of life. In order for these vital facets to be safeguarded they surely ought to be reclaimed and restored optimally to Afrikan living. Thus, the Afrikan can exercise the duty and responsibility they have to themselves in determining eternal moments of reestablished self-knowingness and cultured living to bring about imperative ascension and security soul people whether located here, there or elsewhere.
