Celebrating the Magnificent Harvest of All-Year-Round Ascension

The audible rhythmic vibrations from the cultural expressions of Afrikan souls can be both powerful and empowering for this primary people of creation here there and elsewhere. Likewise, the physical rhythmic movement of this soul people can also have both powerful and empowering orchestration and delivery from any locale. Yet, there is a level of rhythmic existence for the Afrikan that is present at the shared core of their authentic cultural substance (creatively restored or otherwise). Here, rhythmic cycles of functioning that service Afrikan fullest flourishing are present – whether they are observance periods that rhythmically come to the fore at their expressed positioning within an annual calendar cycle or the vibrations of the organisational effort to regularly keep a particular meeting time and place in order service some progressive outcome of rightful order.
A contemporary mainstream source offers the following detail on the subject:
“At a conceptual level, cultural
rhythmics defines the set of life rhythms that enables us to characterise
and interpret constitutive practices of the social dynamics of a group of
people in its everydayness”.
Unfortunately, for the Afrikan in a state of interruption and disruption where others of ill may attempt to impose destructive vices upon the lives of this soul people to disrupt the natural flow of authentic Afrikan cultural rhythmics. In this, the regularity, reliability and self-determined outcomes of Afrikan engagement for their ascension can suffer.
Despite the challenges, the rhythmic patterns of Afrikan cultural substance (creatively restored or otherwise) can only be rendered functional and safeguarded by Afrikan souls themselves. For this, self-determined effort on the part of the Afrikan – however best it can be realised here, there and elsewhere – is key. Of course, Afrikan souls naturally ought to hold at least foundational basics of self-knowingness as a basis from which their core shared cultural rhythms of oneness can be brought to be and upheld.
Brilliantly, this soul people have creatively restored authentic Afrikan cultural fabric at the shared level of oneness with the Nguzo Saba and the observance of Kwanzaa from which it comes. Of course, Kwanzaa has its rhythmic cycle of occurrence from 26th December to 1st January annually. At the same time its practices also hold their authentic rhythmic nature. With this, Afrikan souls here, there and elsewhere have access to authentic cultural rhythmics wherever located.
Surely, this primary people of creation have a duty and responsibility to themselves to re-rhythmise themselves at the shared core level of cultural oneness. Certainly, what may be deemed as cultural rhythm in this regard, can also be describe and the rhythms of civilisation. It is an ageless truism that civilisation is not of happenstance. Such an assertion surely must also be inclusive of its rhythms.
