Reclaim Afrikan Divinity

A people who are spirit. A people divine. A people with the longest and most spectacular history of all humankind. A people powerful and proud, from the far reaches of Ancient civilisations across the continent to the most magnificent victories for self-autonomy as a result of foreign invasion – a magnificence undeniable. A people with pinnacle genius-flow. A people with exclusive naturally ascribed responsibility to return righteous order to the world. This people are no other than the marvellous, miraculous and magnanimous Afrikans. A people that since the earliest of times knew and lived just lives governed by the laws of the divine universe and nature. Foreign onlookers could only gasp in awestruck reverence that Afrikan people are the most just they had ever encountered and are simply ‘blameless’.

The devastation of the Maafa (great disaster) continuum of recent centuries. It is obvious to see that the most brutal forms of savagery, genocide and exploitation have been deployed in the attempt to render Afrikan people as objects for use and abuse by others. The hand-cuffs, manacles, guns, whips, shackles, chains and other torturous devices were manufactured and distributed to the plantation master, overseers, so-called slave patrols and other psychotic brutes for the evil purpose of unleashing and sustaining this centuries long hell.

To be clear, there can be no brutality without the brute(s) that perpetrate the genocidal violence. There is simply no murder of Afrikan people without the murderer(s) to commit the atrocity.  How many times has terrorist assault, by extremists toting guns, tasers, truncheons, batons, billy clubs wielded as instruments of death to torture or bring fatality to Afrikan souls? Even a cursory glance throughout the most recent of years yields dire episode after episode of Afrikan blood-spill. To this there must be an uncompromising No! Afrikan people are not fodder to be brutalised and slaughtered at the whim of anyone from whatever pit of inadequacy they might crawl from. On the concrete plantations of cities around the world today Afrikan people are being subjected to attack after attack by terrorist forces in or out of uniform. The so-called slave patrols of then have been updated to toot sirens in the now.

The great hero Omowale Malcolm X speaks: ‘You don’t scare Negroes today with no badge, white skin, no white sheet or no white anything else. The police the same way, they put their club upside your head and then turn around and accuse you of attacking them. Every case of police brutality against a Negro follows the same pattern. They attack you – bust you all upside your mouth and then take you to court and charge you with assault. What kind of democracy is that? What kind of freedom is that? What kind of social or political system is it when a Black man has no voice in court. Has nothing on his side other than what the white man chooses to give him. My brothers and sisters we have to put a stop to this and it will never be stopped until we stop it ourselves. They attack the victim and then the criminal who attacked the victim accuses the victim of attacking him. This is American justice. This is American democracy and those of you who are familiar with it, know that in America democracy is hypocrisy.

His insightful analysis continued elsewhere:

If the white people really passed meaningful laws, it would not be necessary to pass anymore laws There are already enough laws on the law books to protect an American citizen. You only need additional laws when you’re dealing with someone that’s not regarded as an American citizen.

Whichever side of the Atlantic, the deadly stream of injustices against Afrikan souls continues to flow. Afrikan youth walk in danger of being ‘murked’ by thugs with badges regardless of their station in life. Dressed in uniform well-resourced state sanctioned and legitimised anti-Afrikan gangs in patrol vehicles literally get away with murder.

Afrikan people must lead themselves out of any vulnerability by returning to their true selves and build for themselves. There is never the time to become lulled into a false sense of apathy until another victim loses life. Continuous ascendency is key. Many have brilliantly and eloquently stated and demonstrated in exceptional ways the imperative for Afrikan liberty and nationhood. One text drives a mission compelling look in the mirror by stating ‘Liberation delayed is oppression maintained’.

Afrikan people know that the Creative force of the universe is supreme. The Afrikan is divine and un-freedom is a sacrilegious state. Afrikan spiritual conceptions lift the Afrikan towards perfectibility – the eternal lift to achieve maximum potential and maximum capability.
