Celebrating the Afrikan History Continuum

The superlative deitites of Afrikan wisdom such as Djehuti,
Orunmila and Anansi provide guidance and energy for Afrikan souls to celebrate
with deep meaning and high regard for their own self-determined experience throughout
the ages. It is natural for Afrikan souls of the world to celebrate their own
determinations and self-beneficial endeavours. The word season has been a term
used to describe an appropriate or relevant time and so is useful to use as
descriptor for the period in which Afrikan history is celebrated. According to
a popular mainstream platform the word season in this sense means to have:
“a proper or suitable time”
It is surely proper and most suitable for Afrikan people to designate a time of year to celebrate their own historical continuum. Though, season as a word carries multiple meanings and as such can generate deeper thought in its application. Another dimension of meaning is illustrated again from a popular mainstream source as it used to describe:
“a time of year traditionally adopted by the English upper classes for a series of fashionable social events”
Fashionable social events are not the focus of this discussion in relation to Afrikan history. However, what may be useful to highlight is the level of importance of Afrikan history has to Afrikan souls of the world. If as a word season applies to activities deemed important and reserved for the ‘elites’ of England, then surely to apply the word season to the celebratory time of Afrikan history is reflective then of its high level and prestige as a fundamental living endeavour amongst Afrikan souls. Further, as period of identified and expressed for Afrikan history it then becomes (in this regard) a statement of the natural elite, exclusive and primary status that Afrikan people hold on the plateau of total human experience.
The word season is also a verb that, again according to mainstream sources, can mean to:
“add a quality or feature to (something), especially so as to make it more lively or exciting”.
For the Afrikan, the main ingredient of living history is no fabricated concoction. Rather, it is the self-determined thrust of excellence, brilliancy expressed from natural genius flow that is rooted in the Afrikan way of life. It is an ingredient that is recalled from and restored to memory. It is an ingredient that is generated from rightful living and life progression. It is an ingredient that is the essential of future Afrikan experience generation. It is inherently lively and exciting for the Afrikan soul.
At the rooted level, the word season when applied in relation to Afrikan history has spiritual-cultural implication. Just as seasons denoting atmospheric conditions and universe cycles are important to the cultivation and harvesting of vegetational crop, so too does the Afrikan self (throughout its various levels) have seasons appropriate for cultivation, development and growth. The Afrikan history season is an observance period naturally rooted in the Afrikan spiritual-cultural way that brings into focus the Afrikan history continuum. Afrikan souls during such a period can empower themselves through ever-greater living knowingness of the Afrikan history continuum – past, present and future. The observance of Afrikan history as a season is not happenstance.
Afrikan Historia Msimu is an observance period for the duration of the tenth month of the year (so-called October). This is a special time for learning, growth and development of the Afrikan experience in the world. It is a time of spiritual and cultural elevation as Afrikan history is restored to fabric of life in the living knowingness of the then, the now and tomorrow. Great ones of the Afrikan journey are highlighted and the symbols relevant to the time invigorate life in the imperative onward flow of global Afrikan ascendancy. This wonderful observance is a part of the cultural calendar of the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation (URAN).
