Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

What sort of Afrikan
organisational thrust was able to produce the greatest and most enduring
civilisation ever to exist? With such superlative results one may state that there
could have been nothing short of the thrust of organisational excellence
amongst Afrikan souls throughout the ages. Such quality of thrust – as with the
other important areas of Afrikan life – were no accidental fluke. Naturally rooted
in their spiritual cultural fabric and engaged in vital processes of learning
and development, this primary people surely cultivated an organisational science
that could yield the magnificent outcomes replete throughout their continuum.
This had to be a deeply meaningful and highly functional organisational science
of Afrikan ascendency.
According to a contemporary mainstream source, organisational science:
“is the study of organisational processes, structures, and strategies, including understanding how groups of organisation members behave”.
According to another mainstream source organisational ascendancy attracts the following detail:
“The ascendant organisation is a holistic concept requiring high-quality controls, high-calibre, highly motivated people, and effective leadership committed to creating a culture that values these attributes”.
In order to bring focus specifically upon the Afrikan experience and address the matter of this discussion as a whole, both adaption and compilation of the sourced detail is considered apt. In so doing, the following may be expressed:
“The science of Afrikan organisational ascendancy is the self-study of Afrikan organisational processes, structures and strategies - including how groups of organisation members behave - in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. This is of necessity applied science that can produce the pragmatic practitioner as an upright and functional part of an Afrikan organ working for Afrikan ascension. With this, the Afrikan ascendant organisation is realised as a holistic concept empowered by high-quality directives, structures, functioning and genuine motives of strength and rightful order. The Afrikan ascendant organisation is naturally rooted in spiritual-cultural fabric and holds the successful missioning for Afrikan betterment in the highest regard”.
Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may attempt to destructively set upon the Afrikan ascendant organisation and its science of being. Yet, it is only Afrikan souls themselves that can restore self-knowingness and secure their upright Ascension in the best ways possible. Thus, from whatever locale, station, level or status each soul can take a progressive step forward in this regard.
In the words of the great and magnificent hero Marcus Garvey Afrikans ought to:
“Create a race of scientists par excellence”.
This is not abstract science. The is the stuff of the pragmatic science-practitioner of upright progression and one of the vital areas of study and engagement is in the science of Afrikan organisational ascendancy. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
