Celebrating Afrikan Liberators, Liberation and Liberty

The spirit people of Creation are naturally and inherently ‘spiritual’ as the primary people brought forth by the Creator Supreme. For this soul people of Afrika are abundantly endowed with spirit substance. Spirit is rather like the raw material or energy source of beingness that is then necessarily channelled for life’s fullest and progressive engagement. It is for the Afrikan to process spirit in a self-determined way to ensure that Afrikan souls lift themselves to realise their maximum potential and the maximum capabilities life expression. The processing of spirit is the vehicle of spirituality. The Afrikan spirit is just that - Afrikan. Therefore, the process ought to cater specifically for the raw material or key component that it serves to progressively direct or channel. Thus, for the Afrikan spirit Afrikan spirituality is uniquely qualified to yield optimal results. The world’s greatest and most long-lived civilisations ever to exist are powerful and undeniable representations of this.

As with the process of liberation, spirituality is not an end within itself it is a vehicle of engagement to yield victorious ascension in life. The process of liberation and of spirituality for the Afrikan are inextricably at one for all engagement is energised by spirit force. The spirituality of the Afrikan is not ‘escapism’ it is the powerful engine for life’s fullest application to produce optimal results.

Here, then is an outline of the readily accessible vehicle of ASBWOK (Afrikan Spirituality By Way of Kwanzaa) in relation to liberty that can be engaged in as shared spiritual process of oneness for Afrikan souls throughout the globe. It can be engaged in as a stand-alone vehicle for spiritual engagement or as a complementary Afrikan world unifying  addition to more detailed involvement of group/region-specific traditional systems of practice.

1)    Living knowingness of the Creator Supreme

2)    Living knowingness of the Great Ancestors

3)    Living knowingness of the self

4)    Use of a shrine

5)    Ingathering

These of course are not static but empower and drive success for the following outcomes:

1)    Optimally functional and progressive person-self

2)    Optimally functional and progressive harmonious and complimentary male-female union

3)    Optimally functional and progressive family

4)    Optimally functional and progressive community

5)    Optimally functional and progressive nation

6)    Optimally functional and progressive race

Each optimally functional and progressive level of the self can be seen as functional units of liberator self. Therefore, oneness with the engagment of liberation can be articulated as the process for optimally functional and progressive:

Afrikan person self of liberty and nationhood

Afrikan male-female union of harmonious complementarity for liberty and nationhood

Afrikan family of liberty and nationhood

Afrikan nation of liberty

Afrikan world of liberty and nationhood

The observances of Omowale Malcolm X Siku (celebration of this great liberator who is known as an Ogun) and Afrika Ukombozi Siku are part of the spiritual and cultural observance calendar of the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation (URAN). Throughout the year (observance to observance) harmonious complementarity is manifest in the holistic fabric of the whole annual cycle. These two observances relate to each other in a number of special ways. One such way is the emphasis of, and imperative connection of the Afrikan Liberator with the process of Afrikan Liberation.  Afrikan souls, being a part of an organ for mission ascendancy is key for both liberator and liberation. The Universal Royal Afrikan Nation is a spiritually and culturally rooted organ for Afrikan ascension.

The Universal Royal Afrikan Nation (URAN) is an Afrikan-centred spiritual and cultural mission for ascendancy that embodies living spiritually and culturally rooted life.
