Celebrating the Harvest of All-Year-Round Cultivated Effort for Upright Ascension

In a time where Afrikan civilisation is at its
natural state of optimal flourishing, a thrust of cultural transformation can be
seen as one of continued development and improvement. Whilst mainstay foundations
of cultured life may necessarily remain relatively unchanged at the most rooted
of levels – there may be elements of cultural fabric that grow and develop
according to the conditions of time. Whatever the cultural substance of natural
transformation is, it serves to secure upright ascension in the best ways
possible. This is the stuff of enduring and superlative civilisation – something
that prevails throughout the Afrikan continuum.
However, in the modern context a mainstream source offers the following in relation to the meaning of cultural transformation:
“Cultural transformation takes place when the organisation engages in a process to realign the culture to its vision, mission, and core values to achieve its strategic objectives. It is a form of organisational transformation.”.
In some sense, this account relays cultural transformation as a remedial process of sorts. In this regard, the subject of focus is the organisation which is suggested to be in a state outside of cultural alignment and that is brought back into line with its designated vision, mission and core values.
If then, we take this form of cultural transformation and apply it to Afrikan souls as whole whilst they are subject to a state of interruption and disruption, it may provide applicable meaning.
Set upon by others that mean the Afrikan ill, Afrikan souls can be out of alignment with their own culture. A process of transformation to reconnect Afrikan souls with their core values that informs their vision, mission for their lives’ upright journeying is surely of vital importance. If the strategic outcome of grand civilisation came to fruition throughout their highly cultured norm of yesteryear then surely civilised construction can be realised in the now and securely continue throughout the tomorrows to come.
Cultural transformation can become the necessary self-determined thrust of transformation for this soul people to lift themselves from cultural deficit to cultured empowerment. In so doing, their highly civilised norm can then be the reconstructed outcome. Of course, key to any such process is the restoration of self-knowingness and each soul from whatever station, level or status can make a progressive step in this regard. Clearly, there is self-determined effort to be made as civilisation is not of happenstance.
