Celebrating the Empowerment of Self-Economy

In contemporary times the outward expressions of any ‘economy’ the Afrikan is subject to by way of its financial operations can have a far-reaching impact on relations held between themselves. From the establishment of intimate male-female relations to the community ties maintained financial considerations may be have become all-consuming for some. Of course, in upright normality for this soul people of creation such relations naturally hold a more deeply rooted substance of being even as finance may be a consideration. Certainly, the ageless norm for Afrikan souls is that their financial operations are outwardly expressed from their self-economy that is embedded in their cultural fabric. This in itself enlivens the depths of lived meaning through values and the like that are core to any aesthetic functioning.

However, subject to outside ‘economies’ as a result of the Maafa of recent centuries, can render the Afrikan susceptible to an existence that is exclusive to outward operational levels (at best). Here, all relations - intimate and otherwise - may be deemed only as a financial relationship and void of any rooted substance.

According to a mainstream source financial relationships are described as follows:

“Financial relationships are those relationships in which the individual benefits by receiving a salary, royalty, intellectual property rights, consulting fee, honoraria, ownership interest (e.g., stocks, stock options or other ownership interest, excluding diversified mutual funds), or other financial benefit”.

Such relationship types are of necessary function in one way or another to facilitate even sheer survival especially in the contemporary state of disruption. However, if financial relationships are become the all-consuming totality to characterise all relations between the spirit people of creation, what are the consequences? Well, an overt outcome could be that all relations intimate and otherwise could be totally governed by the ‘economy’ from which financial operations are expressed. In other words, the establishment or success of (say) relations of male-female intimacy could have a total dictate of salary or ownership interest. Thus, a relation can be established and maintained as long as the provisions for the dictate are ‘afforded’ by the ‘economy’. Indeed, if at behest of others or change in the clime their ‘economy’ operations are adjusted then a relation can be nullified or denied commencement at a whim.

Afrikan relations of that are wholesome, upright and key to self-economy and the natural norm of civilised living that it serves surely ought not be so fragile and tertiary. Steeped in a level of self-knowingness and cultured life fabric this soul people have demonstrated their unique brilliancy of enduring excellence and ascension. Surely then, recovery, restoration and development of themselves from their core levels of knowing and living to realise optimal ascension in the now and throughout the tomorrows to come is vital endeavour. This is in no way a call to disregard the building and maintenance of any necessary financial relationships. Rather, there is intent to highlight the importance of considering financial relations in apt levels in context of disruptions and to avoid neglect or abandonment of civilised living and its self-economy.

In addition, the Afrikan surely does the self a great service in safeguarding against contaminants of ill, self-destructive wrongdoings and the like.  This primary people of creation can (and surely must) realise responsibility and duty to themselves in bringing about their norm of pinnacle and enduring civilisation steeped in rightful order.
