Celebrating the Great Marcus Garvey and His Movement

The
primary and spirit people of creation in their natural norm of pinnacle civilisation
do not invite failure. Rather, this pioneering people of superlative
construction invite, aim for and produce success in the establishment of the greatest
and most enduring civilised forms ever to exist in the annals of human
experience. Building upon the upright effort of one generation to the next the building
blocks of progressive peoplehood are fashioned, shaped and placed with sterling
self-determined effort of rightful order. Yet, this in no way means that all
things worked and worked optimally en-route for absolute perfection at every
level, in all things and all of the time is the preserve of the Creator Supreme.
For Afrikan souls the vital learning of themselves and their experiences allowed
each generation to continually accumulate knowingness of both things that
worked well and things that did not. So much so, that cultural concepts were
established to guide activities such as learning in such a way that strengths could
be built upon, mistakes could be avoided and forward motion of upright ascent
could be realised. Profoundly, one such conception is that of the Sankofa bird.
A contemporary mainstream source in regards to learning failure posits the following:
"We learn more from our failures than from our successes. Not only do we find out what doesn't work so that we can adjust our future attempts, we learn about ourselves in the process and gain a bit of empathy towards others that might be struggling as well”.
Unfortunately, in a state of interruption and disruption others that mean the Afrikan ill may attempt to manufacture and induce failure into the lives of soul people through miseducation and other vices of contempt. Indeed, Afrikan souls may be denied knowingness of their own world experience to the extent they are unaware of their natural norm of self-determined highly civilised success. If shoehorned into a state of unknowingness of themselves ‘success’ may exclusively be viewed through the lens of what is successful for others and the resultant strivings may also attempt to uphold that ‘success’. Likewise, unknowingness of their Afrikan selves can lead to exclusive concern about the ‘failure’ of others and how that ought to be avoided. Meanwhile, abject neglect of necessary learning in regards to what has worked well and what has not in respect of their own civilised norm can become a plague of stagnation or worse.
Afrikan souls surely must reclaim their vital mantle of knowingness of themselves and not succumb to the ill-intent of others to fail them from their civilised beingness or to induce failings from their civilised beingness. Surely, Afrikans ought to hold a level of empathy amongst themselves of the kind that speaks to the restoration of self-knowingness and engagement in the thrust for their ascension. This primary people must learn from themselves. In so doing, the Afrikan does well to safeguard the self from contaminants of ill, self-destructive wrongdoings and the like. From whatever station, level or status each soul can make a step in reclamation of self-knowingness for imperative ascent of rightful order.
The magnificent hero Marcus Garvey with illustrious depth of wisdom eloquently articulates the following:
“To find your purpose, you must search yourself and with the knowledge of what is good and what is bad, select your course, steering towards the particular object of your dream or desire. Never enter upon life’s journey without a program. Simpleton as you may be, you can have a program. No ship ever reaches port without a positive destination beforehand, otherwise it will drift on the mighty ocean to be overtaken by the storm or the ill wind that blows. The sensible captain goes to sea with a chart to map out his course so as to reach his harbour of safety. Your program is your chart through life. Everything you do, do it by method. Nothing succeeds continuously or repeatedly by chance”.
With unparalleled bounty of experience from which to draw upon Afrikan souls have a wealth of experience to bring to about their norm of pinnacle civilisation. Thus, the Afrikan can ill-afford to fail to learn of self. The challenges can be many, but the purpose-filled glorious outcome is surely imperative attainment.
