Remembering a Great Hero

Life for Afrikan souls has been continually transformational. Throughout their natural norm of self-determined living transformation has been of a general upright thrust – the kind of thrust that gave rise to the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist. Indeed, one might state that such transformation was progressive in incremental stages from each generation to the next as souls built upon that which came before in order to reach ever greater heights throughout their continuum.
At the individual level, a mainstream source offers the following detail on self-transformation:
“a complete change in your appearance or character, especially an improvement, that you have made yourself”.
Another mainstream source adds:
“Self transformation is a profound process that involves making intentional changes in our thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and overall mindset. These changes lead to personal growth, fulfilment, and the realisation of our true potential”.
To bring focus upon the natural wholeness and oneness of Afrikan people, it is considered pertinent to adapt the sourced details. In so doing, something that looks like the following may result:
“Afrikan progressive self-transformation is a profound and self-determined process that involves making intentional changes in the thoughts, beliefs and overall mindset that Afrikan souls hold and share here, there and elsewhere in order to realise their fullest flourishing and security as a whole people. These changes can lead to necessary growth, fulfilment and the realisation of Afrikan people’s maximal potential and maximal capability. In times of interruption and disruption where Afrikan souls may be subjected to a host of ill-vices at the hands of others that mean the Afrikan ill (directly or by proxy), the restoration of self-knowledge and cultured living is key. In this, a complete change in appearance or character on the basis of improvement of upright order may be relevant”.
The great hero Omowale Malcolm X who went through deep progressive personal transformation within his life, offers the following insightful words of wisdom:
“Once you change your philosophy, you change your thought pattern. Once you change your thought pattern, you change your — your attitude. Once you change your attitude, it changes your behaviour pattern and then you go on into some action”.
Any undesirable or less-than optimal state that Afrikan people are in surely demands that the upright thrust of progressive self-transformation be brought to the fore. Even in a state where the best possible self-determined outcomes may have been realised, self-transformation remains indispensable for continual ascension throughout the generations to come. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
