This is a reiteration of an article first published on 2nd September 2021

Water-flow is a powerful force throughout the world. Water is the most prevalent substance on this planet’s surface - more so than land. In reflective harmony with this natural world ratio, the functioning person contains more water than anything else. This glorious reality is of course by design of the Creator Supreme who’s divine male energies and divine female energies are essential for water to exist. Afrikan souls wonderfully then, hold spiritual conception of Creator Supreme’s relevant energies through their deities. Yemanja is a female deity of waterflow and Olokun is the male deity of waterflow. Each having a role and position to play in bringing forth abundant blessing.

Olokun is of water’s deepest depths representing foundation, strength of power, guidance and orchestration. He is a benevolent father that seeks to bring forth maximal bountifulness through the world of water. He of pinnacle upright character and safeguards his world from alien harm.

Yemanja is of water’s surface she represents the nurture, cultivation and the bringing forth of life. She is a mother of uprightness, honesty and integrity. She takes great developmental and inspirational care of all within the remit of her responsibility. Yet, is a forthright defender the same from alien harm.

With the spiritual character of Olokun and the spiritual character of Yemanja, comes the oneness of water. As it is with spiritual conception, so too it is with Afrikan life expression. The divine Afrikan masculine man his role and characteristics of physical life expression as does the divine Afrikan feminine woman.

The living tenets of the readily accessible spiritual formulation of ASBWOK (Afrikan Spirituality By Way of Kwanzaa) can be applied in relation to the deities of water flow thus:

The oneness of Afrikan person self to hold and maintain the qualities of either his natural divine masculine manhood or her natural divine feminine womanhood.

The oneness of the harmonious and complimentary union between the Afrikan man and the Afrikan woman to hold and maintain the qualities of natural divine masculine manhood for the Afrikan man and natural divine feminine womanhood for the Afrikan woman.

The oneness of the Afrikan family to hold and maintain the qualities of natural divine masculine manhood for the Afrikan man and natural divine feminine womanhood for the Afrikan woman.

The oneness of the Afrikan community to hold and maintain the qualities of natural divine masculine manhood for the Afrikan man and natural divine feminine womanhood for the Afrikan woman.

The oneness of the Afrikan nation to hold and maintain the qualities of natural divine masculine manhood for the Afrikan man and natural divine feminine womanhood for the Afrikan woman.

The oneness of the Afrikan world community to hold and maintain the qualities of natural divine masculine manhood for the Afrikan man and natural divine feminine womanhood for the Afrikan woman.
