Celebrating Focal Places of Empowerment

An overall functional outcome of Afrikan life from the earliest of times was the establishment of the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist. Naturally, such superlative results were developed from generation to generation and this soul people lifted themselves to the self-determined task in unparalleled ways for ultimate success.

According to a contemporary mainstream source the word function attracts the following meaning:

“of or having a special activity, purpose, or task”.

Certainly, to be functional inherently relates to pragmatic application. As such, another mainstream source offers the following description:

“Functional means relating to the way in which something works or operates, or relating to how useful it is”.

In the modern popularised context, one may then see the development of functional skills described in the following way:

“Functional Skills English, maths, and ICT qualifications empower learners with essential skills for real-world application, employment, and further education. They instil confidence and proficiency in each subject area, providing a solid foundation for success”.

Whilst such development has its designated use, what of the development of functional skills necessary and specific to Afrikan ascension? Faced with much by way of interruption and disruption by others that mean the Afrikan ill, this primary people of creation must surely reclaim, restore and recover themselves in their knowingness and living for their natural norm of their functional skills to be realised. Thus, taking the above sourced description of functional skills and adjusting it to relate to the Afrikan experience, the result may look like the following:

“Functional Skills for Afrikan Ascension includes the study of Afrikan history and the major subject areas of the Afrikan world experience for: real-world transformative application for Afrikan betterment; engagement in the organised thrust for fullest flourishing of Afrikan life; and further advancement in Afrikan-centred education. They instil confidence and proficiency in necessary knowingness of self, providing a solid foundation for success in securing Afrikan optimality”.

Whatever else may be deemed compelling in the present climate of Afrikan life, surely Afrikan souls can take the time to engage in the necessary development of functional skills for their betterment and security. Whether here, there or elsewhere, Afrikan souls can – and surely must – take steps to restore themselves and move towards the attainment of their fullest flourishing.
