Hatua Saba (Seven Stages)- Kuongoza (Leadership)

Supremely blessed by the Creator Supreme, the primary and superlative people of humanity have developed powerful ways to realise their maximum potential and maximum capabilities. The continual results of which have been unique, tremendous and at the apex of human achievement.  The pinnacle prowess of the world’s most glorious and long-lived civilisations is the expression of a fully flourishing, self-governing and exultant Afrikan people. A people, placed in the centrality of the sacred universe by divine decree at one in the knowingness of the Creator Supreme and of the divine self. A people of their own liberty and nationhood. A people living in optimal wellbeingness throughout generational unfolding. It is obvious, that for the Afrikan soul any state of alien imposed unfreedom is anathema to full prosperity and wellbeing. The supreme visionary Marcus Garvey provided Afrikan people throughout the world with seven stages of growth and development necessary for the full expression of Afrikan life. In Kiswahili word for stages is Hatua. The Kiswahili word for seven is Saba. With the genius-filled work of the magnificent Marcus Garvey as a basis and the wonderfully harmonising example of the Nguzo Saba (Seven Principles), this author elucidates the Hatua Saba (Seven Stages) as follows:

Kuamka (Awaken), Mabadiliko (Self-Transformation), Kusambaza (Channel), Kazi (Work), Kujifunza (Education), Kuongoza (Leadership), Pamoja (Togetherness)

The sixth stage is Kuongoza (Leadership) - To prepare ourselves for the imperative responsibilities of building, leading, directing, maintaining, developing and safeguarding our own nations.

By orchestration of the Ultimate Divine, Afrikan people led the emergence of humanity. Afrikan people led the coming forth of civilisation of the most magnificent, righteous and long-lasting order. Afrikan people led the pioneering way of excellence in spiritual acumen, culture, science, art, technology and throughout the panorama of life expressions. These grand monarchs of humanity are the natural-born leaders of the world and have rightfully led themselves in liberty and nationhood from the beginning in service to the Creator Supreme, the sacred universe,  their own divine living and righteous order in the world. However, with the onslaught of alien destruction such as the devastating Maafa of recent centuries, the hostile foreign forces of anti-agency have viciously attempted to wipe-out leadership of Afrikan people’s own natural making who work for the benefit of Afrikan souls. A barrage of vile alien strategy has been unleashed from brutalisation and torture to outright slaughter. The hostile alien enemy intends to ‘manufacture’ pseudo ‘Afrikan leadership’ whom he has processed into position, whom he can control, who can do his bidding by proxy and so on. He wickedly desires to play both sides of the fence through overt destruction on the one hand whilst puppeteering ‘the solution’ or ‘antidote’ (covert destruction) on the other. True Afrikan leadership cannot then be based upon the vices ‘afforded’ by foreign enemies. Leadership is a natural passage of rite for Afrikan souls who must cultivate, develop, nurture, groom and shape this imperative fundamental of life for themselves in their own spiritually-culturally rooted way.  At whatever level in life natural self-determined Afrikan leadership for righteous Afrikan ascension must be brought to fruition and safeguarded as the victory of Afrikan liberty and nationhood is imperative.

Despite the horrific ills imposed by foreign forces in the Maafa of recent centuries, Afrikan souls of the world remain supremely blessed with all of the tools they need to bring about the imperative of pinnacle betterment for themselves. The challenge brings such endeavours as restoration and implementation to the fore. Surely as Afrikan people pick up their own tools that have been fashioned and shaped from the crucible of their own pinnacle genius flow the brilliancy of the greatest civilisations will again be made manifest, this time for eternity.  The Hatua Saba is a tool profound.
