Magnificent Deity of Self-Determined Victory

The blessings from the Creator Supreme are immense and powerful throughout the sacred universe and throughout the grand eternal continuum of Afrikan life. The blessing of eternal self-building, self-protecting, self-defending, self-ascending thrust is tremendous phenomena in nature and in the first and spirit people of creation. From the beginning Afrikan souls across their great continent recognised the Creator’s blessings and though used different identifying names the substance is one.  The vital and exceptional qualities of self-determined might (amongst others) are embodied in the magnificent and powerful deity Oya.  Wind, rain, lightening, thunder and so on are her domain and she is deeply connected to the realm of the great Afrikan ancestors. This deity is a fierce and supremely courageous warrior that abhors injustice against her mighty people and can strike to bring immediate justice to fruition. With Oya the Afrikan soul is compelled to be progressively transformational as she holds powerful enlivenment for transformative ascendancy.  During the observance of Malkia wa Uhuru (Queens of Liberty) within the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation, Oya is celebrated as her substance of being became gloriously manifest in the plethora of great and mighty Afrikan queens who graced the Afrikan continuum in victorious magnificence.

The brutal effort to strip Afrikan souls of their own spiritual and cultural way was a deliberate ploy of destructive intent on the part of foreign enemy forces during the genocidal Maafa of recent centuries. With the supremely powerful fabric of self-governance based upon Afrikan spiritual and cultural order in tact the alien barbarous ills of enslavement, colonisation (or whatever else)  would surely have been thwarted from inception. The criminal foreign pirate vagabonds knew all too well that a protracted approach to impose his alien doctrine and other festering ills upon the soul people would be a weakening factor in the plan to unleash hell. Despite the foreign criminal imposition Afrikan souls courageously retained their ways with the inevitable results that the greater the natural spiritual retention - the greater the victory to attain and maintain Afrikan liberty and nationhood wherever located in the world.

Oya is powerful example of deific Afrikan warrior womanhood who lifts the Afrikan soul with the just and superlative force of victory for Afrikan liberty and nationhod. She wields her might through the natural elements of her domain and is armed with ‘swords thrust outward to glean’.  She is focussed upon energising the progressive efforts Afrikan souls put forth for their own organised protection and ascendancy and rewards such self-elevation with blessings and continued empowerment. She despises injustice and the ills inflicted upon her beloved spirit people of creation. Being deeply connected with the Great Ancestors of the Afrikan continuum she hears their call and their cry’s and transmits their message into the knowingness of Afrikan life with supreme powers of transformative ascendancy.

Oya enlivens the profound and imperative mission for global Afrikan ascendancy. As ever-greater numbers of Afrikan souls restore their spiritual and cultural fabric of life so too is the essential duty for victory realised amongst this marvellous people. The magnificent power and superlative warriorhood of this deity abound eternally as Afrikan people restore victoriously, live victoriously, love victoriously, express victoriously, build victoriously, create victoriously, govern victoriously, safe-guard victoriously in the natural divine oneness of spirit only their self-determined way can bring. Oya lives for and in the Afrikan soul – ever onward, ever-upward in victory.

Malkia Wa Uhuru is an observance period lasting seven days immediately following the celebration of Yemanja SIku. This is a special time for the spiritual and cultural elevation of great warrior queens that have committed their lives to the ascendancy of Afrikan people. It is a period in which the victorious spirit of Afrikan people is enlivened and energised with the grand inheritance of Afrikan warrior queendom as global Afrikan ascendancy marches on into eternity. This wonderful observance is a part of the cultural calendar of the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation (URAN).
