Unite, Organise Now, Or Perish: What of Organisational Dynamics?

Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

With even a cursory glance at the
unparalleled bountifulness of the Afrikan continuum - with all of its grand
achievements in the establishment of pinnacle civilisation - one may rightfully
conclude that Afrikans are a powerfully dynamic people. Of course, their dynamism
is naturally rooted in the spiritual-cultural norm of living from which their
upright excellence can be expressed in its various forms throughout the panorama
of life’s engagement.
According to a mainstream source, the word dynamic holds the following meaning:
“the forces or properties which stimulate growth, development, or change within a system or process”.
When applied to organisation, dynamics take on a range of specific qualities in the contemporary world. Another mainstream source offers the following detail on organisational dynamics in the realm of business enterprise:
“Organisational dynamics are the ways in which various types of people interact within a company. These interactions may include the relationships between customers, employees, suppliers, and organisational leaders. This concept also deals with how a manager commands a company and the various strategies they execute”.
Yet another source has the same enterprise focus when it shares the following:
“Organisational dynamics is the process of continuously strengthening resources and enhancing employee performances. It also includes how an organisation manages and promotes: organisational learning. better business practices. strategic management”.
For the Afrikan organisational dynamics necessarily go beyond the realms of such enterprise. And whilst Afrikan life includes business functioning, the natural powerfulness of rooted organisational dynamism permeates the various establishments of rightful order determined by Afrikan souls for their betterment and security. Therefore, elements of the details sourced, with adaptation, can be applied to a specific focus on the Afrikan experience in broader terms. The result may look something like the following:
“Afrikan organisational dynamics are the ways in which Afrikan souls stimulate the growth, development and progressive transformations within their self-determined organs in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. These dynamics include upright organisational strategies and the internal and external relationships forged in relation to the Afrikan organ – all of which are naturally rooted in spiritual-cultural fabric. The thrust of organisational dynamics empowers the continual strengthening of resources, enhancing membership effectiveness and so on. Necessarily, Afrikan dynamism remains true with continuous organisational learning and improvement to strategic and operational practices for successful perennial Afrikan ascension of rightful order”.
Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may exhibit the tendency to destroy the natural thrust of Afrikan self-determined organisational dynamism and attempt to redirect all Afrikan energy to exclusively serve the best interests of others to the total neglect of the Afrikan self. In addition, Afrikan souls steeped in unknowingness of themselves and susceptible to ill-vices may become self-destructive by causing harm or damage to the establishment and running of Afrikan organs genuinely working for Afrikan ascension. Indeed, souls grotesquely bent on destructive activity may create groupings to amplify harm by proxy of others of ill whatever the aesthetic guise presented.
Therefore, the Afrikan must surely restore self-knowledge, cultured living and determine their dynamically empowered organs for ascension and security accordingly. From whatever locale, station, level or status a step forward in recovery of self-knowingness as a first-port-of-call is key. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
