Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

The pioneering and greatest builders of civilisation
certainly had to establish and fit this role in organisational terms for the
undeniable and superlative outcomes to be realised. This is the self-determined
journey of the Afrikan throughout the ages. This is exceptional and grand inheritance
of experience that can inform Afrikan souls in the now.
Of course, for Afrikan souls in a contemporary state of interruption and disruption, where much by way of misinformation and miseducation may be pushed and peddled organisational fit in service of self-ascension can acutely suffer. See, if the Afrikan is steeped in unknowingness of themselves then the substance that would determine their natural ‘fit’ for self-betterment of rightful order may well be nullified.
Thus, as a foundational port-of-call the recovery of self-knowledge is key. Indeed, for effective organisational participation for Afrikan progress, a process of self-knowledge recovery surely ought to be in place.
That stated, it is considered useful to elucidate some level of meaning for the term organisational fit. According to a mainstream source:
“Defined broadly, organisational fit, or person–organisation fit, is the compatibility between workers and their organisations, often seen as part of the compatibility between the person and their work environment”.
Another mainstream source suggests that a fit is realised when:
“values and beliefs align... As such, it's important to establish what exactly defines a fit”.
For the Afrikan, self-knowledge recovery also therefore rightfully includes education on Afrikan values and beliefs that apply to organisational endeavours of Afrikan upliftment.
In order to bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience in defining this subject matter the details sourced can be complied and adapted. The result may look like the following:
“Afrikan organisational fit is the compatibility between members and their organisations operating in service of fullest Afrikan flourishing and security. Compatibility is gleaned through the recovery of self-knowledge and alignment with organ values and beliefs. It is the accumulated experience and learning of a particular organ that can define not only a fit but also a potential fit - just as a soul’s self-awareness and circumstance can inform their compatibility or potential compatibility. Ultimately, it is natural for the Afrikan to mission for Afrikan ascension”.
Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may take it upon themselves to destroy Afrikan organisational fit. In this, miseducation and miseducation as disruptive vices have already been mentioned. At the same time, the concoction of false dichotomies in the attempt to disallow Afrikan organisational fit may also be imposed. For example, as Afrikan souls begin to make self-determined progress of rightful order, oppositional avenues of engagement may suddenly appear. These oppositional constructs may contain the thrust of multiple and divisive pseudo-identities or present attractive and diversionary aesthetics intentionally void of any meaningful substance to empower Afrikan progress.
Thus, Afrikan souls surely have a duty and responsibility to themselves to secure a level of self-knowledge as a life mainstay. From whatever station, level or status the Afrikan can make a positive step forward in this regard. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
