Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Harmony is an applied virtue of Afrikan life that has explicitly been with this primary people of creation as a part of their spiritual-cultural fabric from the earliest of times. Of course, all the elements of such fabric energised and empowered the various spheres of Afrikan life as this soul people established the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist. Certainly, whatever organisational construction and functioning was deemed necessary by the Afrikan, harmony had to prevail.

Unfortunately, amidst the disruptions of more modern times, Afrikan souls may have been denied of or derailed from their virtue of harmony - so much so, that it may have become a feature employed by a select few in circles of secrecy. A contemporary mainstream source puts it this way:

“Harmony is the secret principle that controls life - be it at the personal or organisational level. Harmony manifests itself in good judgment and in the organisational context it means the efficiency or effectiveness of taking right decisions timely and avoiding organisational confrontation and conflict”.

Albeit that there may only be a select few in times of disruption and disorder that maintain adherence to harmony, it remains indispensable. As such, another contemporary source states that:

“Organisational harmony is an essential concept for improving the well-being of people in any tension-filled organisation. It removes obstacles and, among other things, fosters a better organisational climate wherein everyone is committed to collaboration and mutual support”.

So, to bring focus upon the Afrikan experience, particularly in a state of interruption and disruption, the sourced details can be complied and adapted. In so doing, the following may be expressed:

“Afrikan organisational harmony is the application of Afrikan people’s ageless virtue of harmony applied within their self-determined organisations working in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security.   Here, harmony promotes rightful order of functioning and empowers good judgement. At the same time, it allows the safeguarding against destructive organisational disruptions and conflict to be realised. Afrikan organisational harmony is an essential concept in fostering the well-being of souls within an organ, especially when the environment is riddled with vices of disorder pushed and peddled by others that mean the Afrikan ill.  Amongst much else, the harmony of an Afrikan organ can provide a climate wherein souls cultivate and retain their genuine commitment to collaboration and mutual support in service of Afrikan ascension”.

Despite the ill-efforts of others that mean the Afrikan ill to create disharmony, disorder and exploitable chaos amongst Afrikan souls, it is only Afrikans that can bring forth constructive harmony amongst themselves. In this, the Afrikan ought not succumb to becoming a tool of disharmony and self-destruction by proxy. If susceptible souls ‘plant’ themselves in Afrikan organs of upright mission – whether at the behest of some external disturbance-orchestrating organ or otherwise – it becomes thrust for doom in which all Afrikans can suffer (including the misguided perpetrator(s)). Additionally, souls promoting (sometimes intensely) disharmony within Afrikan life in general terms can be dire amplification of ill.

Afrikan souls can do themselves a great service in restoring self-knowingness and their cultured living (of which harmony is an important part).  From whatever station, level or status Afrikan souls can make a progressive step forward in this regard. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
