Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Relations within an Afrikan organisation working for the upright Ascension of Afrikan souls necessarily values the functionally positive relations it cultivates, develops and has within its fold. Indeed, it is the organisational relations of rightful order that allow the organ to carry out its purpose in service of Afrikan betterment and security. Afrikan souls are no strangers to the self-determined establishment and thriving of organisational relations as – throughout the ages – this primary people of creation have realised the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist.

According to a contemporary mainstream source, the term organisational relations attracts the following detail:

“Creating inter-organisational relations requires, above all, willingness to cooperate, engagement in mutual activities, and an eagerness to preserve these relations. But not only these factors are important – inter- organisational relations are always based on strong leadership”.

Of course, there is both inter-organisational relations as well as relations that may be considered as external to any organ. Another mainstream source identifies that:

“The internal environment primarily focuses on organisational factors, such as structure, culture, and resources. The external environment, however, concentrates on factors outside the organisation, such as market conditions, regulations, and societal trends”.

To bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience, combining the source details with adaptation is deemed apt. The result may look like the following:

“Afrikan organisational relations are naturally rooted in the spiritual-cultural fabric of Afrikan life. As such, members are empowered to cooperate, engage in mutual activities and preserve their positive relations in service of Afrikan betterment and security. Effective Afrikan organisational relations consistent of the range of necessary roles an organ has - whether as leadership or otherwise - and their upright fulfilment. In addition, an organ of Afrikan ascension can empower its functioning with the cultivation of relations of rightful order with Afrikans also missioning for ascension that may be outside of its fold whilst simultaneously safeguarding itself against external elements of ill”.

Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may impose themselves to destroy Afrikan organisational relations. They may attempt to block the establishment of wholesome and progressive relations. Or, they may seek to disrupt existing ones. In addition, Afrikan souls themselves ought not succumb to becoming ‘agents’ of self-destruction by proxy whether acting in a grouping or otherwise. If organs become riddled with contaminants of ill, they may then attempt to assume some sort of ‘jurisdiction’ of organs external to themselves for the purposes of bringing harm, disruption and destruction to a targeted organ operating in rightful order and in thrust of Afrikan ascension.  Of course, such efforts of disorder may become laced with all manner of wrongful pettiness. This is dire anti-Afrikan relations activity.

Vitally, Afrikan souls surely have a duty and responsibility to themselves to restore a level of self-knowingness and cultured living in order to realise effective organisational relations. From whatever, station, level or status Afrikan souls can make a progressive step forward to recover knowingness of themselves and build. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
