Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Afrikan souls in their natural
norm of rootedness in their spiritual cultural fabric that empowers rightful
order of ascension have necessarily organised themselves in principled ways
that have yielded tremendous results. One need only take a cursory glance at
the Afrikan continuum to know that the world’s greatest and most enduring
civilisations were produced from such substance of integrity.
A contemporary mainstream source posits that integrity in general terms means:
“the state of being whole and undivided”.
Another mainstream source provides the following detail on integrity in relation to the specific arena of organisation:
“Organisational integrity (at its most effective) is what happens when leaders consistently immerse an organisation in positive ethical values and align all leadership, actions, decisions, messages, and reward systems accordingly”.
“Afrikan organisational integrity describes the state in which the entire body of an Afrikan organ working in service of fullest Afrikan flourishing and security remains whole and undivided. When the various functional roles within an Afrikan organ are naturally rooted to spiritual-cultural fabric and immersed in the positive ethical values of that organ that empower actions, decisions, messages, reward systems and so on – upright and continual Afrikan ascension can be successfully realised”.
Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may attempt to destroy Afrikan organisational integrity with a range of ill-vices. Miseducation and misinformation can be among the obvious vices of ill. However, are others of ill employing tactics such as that of ‘rewarding’ souls who can be misguided into dismantling Afrikan organisational integrity – and at the same time – denying access to ‘rewards’ for those that seek to maintain it? It would certainly be a great boon to the destructive efforts of ill if such stratagem could be successfully deployed, particularly in relation to a soul’s livelihood.
Here, Afrikan souls surely must be their natural selves, secure their organisational integrity in the best ways possible with rewards that are self-determined and not be coerced into self-destructive operations by proxy. Key to this is knowledge of self. Thus, from whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls can make a progressive step forward in this regard with application that allows for Afrikan organisational integrity to be established and upheld (whether as a direct participant or in a support capacity).
Only Afrikan souls here, there or elsewhere can reclaim and fully realise their superlative levels of ordered and constructive integrity in the now and the tomorrows to come. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
