Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

What motivated Afrikan people to
organise themselves to establish the greatest and most enduring civilisations
ever to exist? Certainly, whatever Afrikan souls were generally motivated to do
as a natural norm throughout the ages was rooted in their spiritual-cultural
fabric of living. Indeed, the motivations of divine excellence to empower life
expressions were ever-present. The organised construction of civilisation
brought with it fundamental motive.
According to a contemporary mainstream source, the goal of civilisation is detailed as follows:
“Civility is the goal of a civilization so that the members of a society can live in relative peace and fulfilment”.
Another mainstream source, offers the following description in relational to organisational motivation, with a specific focus on the arena of enterprise:
“Organisational motivation benefits from a systemic effort focused on a well-articulated culture that supports a unified business strategy. Culture implicitly sets boundaries for intra-organisational normative behaviour, including which behaviours are recognized and rewarded by the organisation”.
To bring focus to the Afrikan experience, adaptation of the sourced details is considered apt. The result may look like the following:
“Afrikan organisational motivation is naturally rooted in and expressed from Afrikan spiritual-cultural fabric in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. Unison of mission in rightful order within an Afrikan organ is motivated via its cultural substance. Here, self-knowledge and cultured order allows intra-organisational behavioural norms in service of Afrikan ascension to thrive”.
Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may make a mission out of seeking to destroy, thwart or nullify Afrikan organisational motivation. Of course, miseducation and misinformation can be staple in the ill-attempts of destruction. At the same time, anti-Afrikan imposition can also attempt to hijack raw Afrikan motivational energy to exclusively serve the best interests of others of ill. If Afrikan souls haemorrhage their motivation energy to the total and dire neglect of themselves, the results can be utterly devastating where the essential of Afrikan organisation nor Afrikan organisational motivation are not be even a thought in the Afrikan mind. Further, if Afrikan organs set out with strong and wholesome motivational intent and succumb to the contaminants of ill pushed and peddled by others of ill, then whole collectives can be set to infighting and inter-organ conflicts as skewed motivations that detour from upright ascension become apparent. It would surely be a sign of doom if Afrikan collectives were merely motivated to self-destruct or to destroy other Afrikan collectives missioning for upright Afrikan ascension.
Despite the challenges, it is only Afrikan souls themselves that can restore their self-knowledge and cultural living to the degree that organisational motivation can be realised and sustained in an upright way. From whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls surely have a duty and responsibility to themselves to recover knowledge of themselves and apply the self accordingly. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
