Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

As the builders of greatest and
most enduring civilisations ever to exist, organisational structure has always
been a necessary mainstay in the norm of Afrikan constructive life of rightful
order. Of course, in times of interruption and disruption the imperative for
Afrikan structured organisation to realise Afrikan fullest flourishing and
security remains true (albeit that the challenges imposed by others that mean
the Afrikan ill can be acutely intensive).
According to a mainstream source, the term organisational structure is given the following description:
“An organisational structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination, and supervision are directed toward the achievement of organisational aims. Organisational structure affects organisational action and provides the foundation on which standard operating procedures and routines rest”.
To bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience the adjustment of the sourced detail is considered apt. In so doing the following may be expressed:
“An Afrikan organisational structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination and supervision are directed toward the achievement of fullest Afrikan flourishing and security in whatever area, set of areas or totality that is the focal remit of that organisation. Afrikan organisational structure is naturally rooted in spiritual-cultural fabric and empowers Afrikan organisational functioning of rightful order whilst providing foundation and framework on which rightful operations and routines rest”.
Some organisations may have a focus on enterprise. Or, may have establishments that hold business functioning as a part of their body. For the sake of simplicity, the element of enterprise can be examined separately. As such, another mainstream source offers the following detail in relation to the arena of business:
“An organisational structure is how a business organises its staff to represent the different layers of management. This information can be displayed in the form of a chart. There are two main types of organisational structure used in businesses – hierarchical (or tall) and flat”.
An Afrikan business organisational structure is how a business organises its staff for its success, in line with the wider Afrikan organisational structure of which it is a part. There are number of organisational structures used in an Afrikan business and Afrikan souls can determine the ones that can best operate for their success within their particular context”.
Unfortunately, Afrikan organisational structure of whatever type in a state of interruption and disruption can be subject to acutely destructive imposition by others that mean the Afrikan ill. Vices such as miseducation and misinformation can render souls with a posture that - on the one hand - deters them from legitimate engagement in structured order that is for their Afrikan self-betterment. On the other hand, souls may be driven into wilful and orchestrated attempts to destroy that which is genuinely structured for Afrikan self-betterment. Further, there may also be organs that falsely attempt to claim (say) the business establishments of another organisation as a part of their own remit of control in an attempt to effect some notion of ‘supremacy’ or ‘overlordship’ with the intent to see the targeted organisational structure is hampered or destroyed. Structures that are established on the basis that ‘nothing else can or will be Black except itself’ is activity to destroy the self by proxy at best.
Therefore, as with other necessary areas of Afrikan life progress, it is vital that a level of self-knowledge is restored by Afrikan souls in order to construct and secure organisational structures for their prosperity. From whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls can make progressive steps forward in this regard. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
