Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

For Afrikan souls as pioneering
builders throughout their extensive continuum, strategy for their organised efforts
have been of key importance. The importance of strategy remains important in
times of interruption and disruption as Afrikan people bring forth their imperative
thrust of right order to service the betterment and security of their lives.
According to a mainstream source, the term organisational strategy as related to the operations of enterprise, is defined as follows:
“An organisational strategy is a long-term strategic plan that roadmaps the route towards a company's goals and visions. Often, they encompass goals for the next three to five years – enough time to action plans and see results but short enough that all staff are motivated to reach the goals”.
Of course, the essence of such a definition can relate to other organisational forms beyond that of just enterprise. As such, it may be applied to the Afrikan experience with adaption in the following way:
“An Afrikan organisational strategy is a long-term strategic plan that roadmaps the route that an Afrikan organisation takes towards its goals and visions in service of Afrikan people’s fullest flourishing and security. It can encompass goals projected over an extended period of time determined by the organ and can be renewed accordingly. This allows enough time to action plans and see results but short enough that members are motivated to reach the goals in rightful order of their ascension”.
Whilst such an approach can be a relatively turbulent-free norm when Afrikans are operating in the natural self-determined way of life; during times of disruption adverse challenge may present itself with the destructive impositions set by others that mean the Afrikan ill. Bent on the destruction of Afrikan fullest flourishing, others of ill may make it their mission to attempt to thwart Afrikan organisational strategy being conceived and its realisation. Even a cursory glance at the historical record can reveal the barrage anti-Afrikan strategies of destruction concocted and targeted upon Afrikan life. Of course, vices such as that of miseducation and misinformation continue to play their thwarting roles. In this, souls ought not become the tools of anti-Afrikan strategies of destruction by proxy. Further, upright organisation and self-determined strategies of ascension have their rootedness in Afrikan cultural fabric whether souls are located here there or elsewhere and thus is not exclusive to any particular concentration. Thus, petty jealousies, bogus postures of 'elite' exclusiveness to motivate self-destructive activity in respect of accessibility or establishment of Afrikan organisation genuinely working for Afrikan betterment can be done away with.
Despite the challenges, it is only Afrikan souls themselves that can secure their self-knowingness and establish organisational strategy to bring their goals of upright ascension into victorious fruition. Here, souls from whatever locale, station, level or status can engage in the restoration of self-knowledge, develop and grow. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
