Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Far from having a haphazard or ‘loose-cannon’ approach to organised constructive and progressive life of rightful order, Afrikan souls throughout the ages exercised their leadership qualities to direct their norm of highly civilised living for their continued development and thriving.

In times of interruption and disruption the role of effective and true Afrikan leadership remains. In this, the thrust of restoration for Afrikan souls to restore their normality of highly civilised living and Afrikan life security are key.

According to a mainstream source, the following detail in relation to organisational leadership applies:

“Organisational leadership is a management approach in which leaders help set strategic goals for the organisation while motivating individuals within the group to successfully carry out assignments in service to those goals”.

To bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience, adaptation of the sourced detail can be exercised. The result may look like the following:

“Afrikan organisational leadership is the self-determined approach in which leader(s) of an Afrikan organisation manage and direct the affairs of their particular organ in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. This may include activities such as the setting of strategic goals, the motivating of individuals and the maintenance of integrity and rightful order within the group to successfully exercise the various roles, responsibilities and duties amongst its membership”.

Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill would rather have a pseudo-leadership amongst Afrikan souls that ‘lead’ them into a perpetual state of disorder, chaos, dysfunction, degradation and complete unknowingness of themselves. Any such attempts may be of the intent to render the Afrikan readily exploitable and also expendable to be disused and discarded at will.

Of course, amidst the disruptions and steeped in unknowingness of self, Afrikan souls may ‘volunteer’ themselves to occupy positions of destructive pseudo-leadership motivated by the ‘glittery’ trinkets and ill-vices offered by others of ill to conduct duties of disorder by proxy. Here, souls may be susceptible to engage in the attack and destruction against genuine Afrikan organisational leadership. Indeed, some misguided souls, may establish a body of misinformed souls and who then seek to assume ‘leadership’ of other Afrikan groups amplifying disorder and chaos.

As Afrikan souls establish structures for the genuine betterment and security of Afrikan souls, its organisational leadership has its remit of responsibility just as other genuine Afrikan organisational leadership has its remit of responsibility.   Here, the overall thrust for betterment holds strength via its the range of nodes missioning with integrity and rightful order.

Whether in leadership roles or otherwise, the vital and fundamental importance of self-knowledge stands true. Afrikan souls surely then must, from whatever locale, station, level or status, engage themselves in a process of learning and development to secure a level of self-knowingness. Disorganised chaos surely cannot be allowed to prevail amongst this primary people who’s natural organisational and leadership prowess produced the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist. After all, the phenomenon of civilisation is not of happenstance.
