Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

How do Afrikan souls behave in their natural norm of organised living? The outward construction of the greatest and most enduring civilisations stand as indelible testaments to their excellence in constructive living of rightful order. This primary people of creation naturally hold upright behaviour that is rooted to their spiritual-cultural core.

According to a mainstream source the term organisational behaviour is detailed as follows:

“Organisational behaviour describes how people interact with one another inside of an organisation, such as a business. These interactions subsequently influence how the organisation itself behaves and how well it performs”.

To bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience, adaptation is considered apt. The result may look like the following:

“Afrikan organisational behaviour describes how Afrikan people interact with one another inside of an Afrikan organisation in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. Naturally, rooted in spiritual-cultural fabric, these interactions bring to the fore how the organisation itself behaves and how well it performs in rightful order of ascension”.

Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill can render themselves bent on miseducation and misinformation to destroy Afrikan life and upright Afrikan behavioural expression that services Afrikan ascension. Indeed, others of ill may establish organs of chaos and disorder with the specific attempt to amplify destruction of Afrikan life. In this, the Afrikan ought not succumb to ill-vices and become self-destructive by proxy. There is no upright and genuine Afrikan spiritually and culturally rooted way of life that dictates souls ought to attempt to infiltrate, thwart and destroy Afrikan establishments and organs missioning for the Afrikan betterment and security from within or externally. Any such expression is nothing short of behavioural self-doom.  Petty squabbles that exacerbate ill-behaviours such as those based on this Afrikan is located here or there – or this Afrikan is born here or there can be cast into the pit of redundancy never to return.

Whether the Afrikan is here, there or elsewhere the recovery of self-determined Afrikan organisational constructive behaviour is surely of crucial importance. Key to this this is the restoration of self-knowledge. So, from whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls can elevate themselves with progressive steps forward in this regard. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
