Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Self-determined learning has always been a necessary and continual endeavour for the primary people of creation. This obviously extends into the realms of the organisational structures established by and for Afrikan souls. It certainly took great depths of learning engagement in the sphere of organisation for this people to bring forth the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist.

According to a mainstream source organisational learning is described thus:

“Organisational learning is the process of creating, retaining, and transferring knowledge within an organisation. An organisation improves over time as it gains experience. From this experience, it is able to create knowledge. This knowledge is broad, covering any topic that could better an organisation”.

In order to bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience, adaptation is deemed apt and the result may look like the following:

“Afrikan organisational learning is the self-determined process of creating, retaining and transferring knowledge within an Afrikan organisation in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. An Afrikan organisation is purposefully established and improves over time as it gains experience. From this experience, it is able to create an ever-expanding body of knowledge. This knowledge is broad, covering any topic that could better the organisation in its rightfully ordered thrust for Afrikan ascension”.

Unfortunately, in a state of interruption and disruption others that mean the Afrikan ill can push and peddle a barrage of vices set to completely miseducate and misinform Afrikan souls. To such extent may be the attempts, that susceptible souls may abandon meaningful sense of themselves, let alone organise for Afrikan betterment and security. Of course, disorder can become exacerbated if misguided Afrikan souls take it upon themselves to collectivise souls wilfully steeped in unknowingness-of-self and set out to destroy Afrikan souls rightfully engaged in self-determined organisational learning for Afrikan ascension and security. Indeed, the misguided may even attempt to sabotage organisational establishment and growth in the first place. Meanwhile, others that mean the Afrikan ill rub their hands with glee at the self-destructive malee and rightfully ordered Afrikan ascension suffers. Surely, Afrikan souls must avoid becoming self-destructive tools by proxy (collectively or otherwise).

It is therefore, key for self-determined organisational learning to be an ongoing feature in the establishment and running of groups rightfully ordered for Afrikan ascension.  To empower the Afrikan self throughout its various levels for Afrikan optimality is natural and upright. To attempt to thwart or destroy the organised thrust for Afrikan ascension is of dire disorder at best no matter the aesthetic guise.  Thus, organisational learning is foundational activity.

From whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls can – and surely must – exercise duty and responsibility to themselves to learn of self in order to organise self; and learn in organisation to realise continual upright ascension. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
