Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Self-determined learning naturally goes hand-in-hand with the process of self-determined development for Afrikan souls. Where it not the case then the pragmatic norms of excellence that have been mainstay throughout the Afrikan continuum surely could not have been realised. Clad with their continual and upright thrust for learning development this primary people of creation inevitably established the greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist.

To shed light on the distinction between the terms learning and development, a mainstream source offers the following detail:

“Learning is focused on acquiring new knowledge and skills, while development is focused on improving existing skills and developing new ones for future opportunities”.

Even with some level of distinction drawn for the sake of clarity in discussion, there can be no absolute separation of learning from development nor of development from learning in application of constructive life. Indeed, application of rightful order can be powerfully expressed through the vehicle of organisation. Another mainstream source details the following specifics in relation to organisational development:

“Organisational development is a critical and science-based process that helps organisations build their capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes”.

To bring focus specifically to the Afrikan experience, adaptation of the sourced details is considered apt. The following may then be posited:

“Afrikan organisational development is an Afrikan-centred and self-determined process that helps Afrikan organisations build their capacity to engage in progressive transformation in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. To do this the developing, improving and reinforcing strategies, structures and processes is brought to the fore. Afrikan organisational development is naturally rooted in self-knowledge, spiritual-cultural fabric and rightful order”.

Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill may seek to deny or derail the natural norm of Afrikan organisational development. Indeed, ill-intent to deny or thwart the establishment of Afrikan organisation in the first place can be mode of operation for others of ill. Of course, destruction and disorder can take a grotesquely uglified turn if Afrikan souls allow themselves to become ‘agents’ by proxy in the disruption of Afrikan organisation establishment, development, flourishing and security – whatever aesthetic guise is presented.  Certainly, no genuine Afrikan soul or group ought to be missioning to wilfully destroy the genuine progressive efforts of Afrikan groupings of rightful order working for Afrikan ascension.

In a sense, Afrikan organisational development is the amplified version of the development engaged in at the person-self level. This renders the Afrikan person-self development vital and foundational in Afrikan organisation. Thus, from whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls can exercise the duty and responsibility they surely have for themselves to realise the restoration of self-knowledge. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
