Celebrating the Great Marcus Garvey and His Movement

Are Afrikan souls naturally genuine
in their approach to learning of themselves? Surely, the learning outcomes
speak for themselves. For, if such learning in their natural state of highly cultured
living and optimal flourishing was core in producing the greatest and most enduring
civilisations ever to exist, then their genuineness rightfully and abundantly prevailed.
Indeed, how could this primary people of
creation not have been genuine of self when their norm of pinnacle civilisation
(civilised living) delivered unparalleled constructive brilliancy from age to age
as cultivated self-expression and beingness. The vital activity of learning
served authentic purpose to drive excellence in self-determined construction.
Rooted in their way of life learning was to facilitate the realisation of this soul
people’s maximal potential and maximal capability in their continual ascension.
Here, authentic knowingness of themselves was core.
In the contemporary era the term authentic learning has been utilised to describe some semblance of genuineness in relation to education. A mainstream source describes the term thus:
“In education, authentic learning is an instructional approach that allows students to explore, discuss, and meaningfully construct concepts and relationships in contexts that involve real-world problems and projects that are relevant to the learner”.
For many, the thing to be done is considered ‘the problem’ and ‘learning’ becomes a vehicle of its resolution. This being so, what then is ‘the problem’ and its resolution for Afrikan souls in a state of interruption and disruption? Certainly, the conditions of interruption and disruption in and of themselves are of dire abnormality to this soul people of the world. The ill-vices such as that of miseducation can be used as a vehicle to install, compound and perpetuate deficit and disorder. Void of their core knowingness of themselves this primary people of creation can be rendered self-construction-less and be vulnerable prey to the ill-whims of others that mean this soul people ill.
From the earliest of times the Afrikan has established, developed, taught and learnt from self-determined instructional wisdoms from each generation to the next. Some of this is to be found in the essential writings scribed throughout the Afrikan continuum. This powerful ingredient of learning is surely grand inheritance for this spirit people of the world to claim, continue to develop and apply in their lives in the best ways possible. Of course, creative genius flow for the Afrikan never ceases to be and creating new and innovative works for their ascension of rightful order is also key. Here then, the Afrikan can utilise resource and self-determined effort to restore authentic learning amongst self. Rightfully, self-knowingness in rooted authenticity can be recovered for Afrikan souls by Afrikan souls. Indeed, it is only this soul people who can restore themselves in knowingness and to fullest flourishing.
Each soul can take a step in learning of self from whatever station, level or status and apply themselves to their imperative ascension of rightful order. Given the folly of miseducation and the experiences of disruption in general, the Afrikan does the self a great service in safeguarding against contaminants of ill, self-destructive wrongdoings and the like.
The magnificent hero Marcus Garvey provides Afrikan souls with a wealth of wisdom instruction for learning and application. He eloquently and insightfully articulates the following:
“If you do not know what went on before you came here and what is happening at the time you live, but away from you, you will not know the world and will be ignorant of the world and mankind. You can only make the best out of life by knowing and understanding it”.
