The Importance of the Original Afrikan Names of Spirit

The ancient Afrikan steeped in the profound spirit, culture and divinity of being at one with the Creator and the universe were able to see themselves and the world in a harmonious dynamic of being that gave rise to a profound articulation of the self. For the Afrikan the self does not merely consist of biological function. Rather, the Afrikan is a sophisticated being that holds at least nine parts of functioning upon both the physical and ethereal plains of life. In the Nile Valley region of ancient Afrika these parts were expressed in order that they could be nurtured and developed for maximum potential of the self. This is no less true in the other societies of traditional Afrika.

None of these parts are discrete nor are they mutually exclusive as they are interwoven to create the functional fabric of a wholesome Afrikan soul. Though within the context of this discussion the part to aptly highlight is the Ren. This represents the name that an Afrikan carries, and is considered to be an essential attribute for without it ‘a person ceases to exist’. Thus the importance of a name to the Afrikan being is fundamental to life’s unfolding.

Naturally, Afrikan names carry deep rhythm, meaning and spirit.  From the earliest stages of new life coming forth in the physical sense, parents and others will highlight the nature; what is envisioned for; qualities of; circumstances in coming forth; amongst much else in the selecting of an appropriate name. Certainly, an imperative process of eternal significance. From the time the name is received by a young one he or she will hear his or her name as the most consistent of words during the physical life span. The name also resonates in the psyche of those that think, call upon or have any relationship with that Afrikan soul throughout the sojourn of life. Further, for future generations into eternity the name is recalled and remembered of that same soul. The spirit flow of the named soul is beautifully incessant. Metaphorically the name could be likened to a carefully placed pebble in water which produces ripple into waves of great magnitude of unending vibration.

It is the meaning of the name that carries the powerful substance and the rich tradition of naming has yielded a huge plethora of names that are a potent and constant source of great Afrikan empowerment. The bearer of a name that (for example) means ‘at one with the Creator’ or ‘great warrior’ or ‘one of excellence’ or ‘great genius’ or ‘powerful leader’ is not simply an identification tag but a spiritual and cultural descriptor and determinant. In other words, the name is a functional part of the self, that embodies a person’s direction and vision in life.

Unfortunately, the vicious effects of the Maafa (great disaster) has meant that the Afrikan has been brutally derailed from the essential and progressive spiritual and cultural flow of the natural order. The wicked enslaver knows all too well the potency of an Afrikan name. The parasitic enslaving efforts would simply be obliterated if the Afrikan retained his or her powerful and naturally self-harmonious names. Therefore, what ensued was the barbarous removal of original names and imposition of plantation identification tags. The so-called master wickedly imposed his name upon Afrikan souls to denote them as property to validate and enforce his criminal exploitation in labour and in genius extraction.

The evil method of Afrikan name removal and imposition of enslaver identifier tags is evident in the efforts of the hordes of criminal pirates that have sought to steal the Afrikan or Afrikan resource.  Hence, the dire legacy of this are the names that Afrikan people carry in contemporary times that are not of themselves. Perpetuation through continuing imposition, unknowing of self, survival, the ills of modern religious doctrines and other distortions has left multitudes of Afrikan souls with identification tags imposed by others and not their own original name form.

Thankfully, Afrikan people continue to awaken themselves to the reality of world and are reconnecting with the supreme force of the universe. In this, progressive efforts are being made to ensure that young ones receive their own naturally empowering Afrikan names. In wonderful traction for ascendancy Afrikan men and women are also reclaiming their own profoundly meaningful and substance filled Afrikan names of spirit. Certainly, with the young ones receiving their names and the more senior reclaiming the same means that contradiction is rightly cast into oblivion.

If the Afrikan names of spirit can be reclaimed to return a maximal light of brilliancy to the Afrikan soul then surely in turn the Afrikan will again illuminate the world with the astonishing light of the Afrikan genius.
