Celebrating the Great Marcus Garvey and His Movement

Surely, Afrikan souls here, there and elsewhere have the natural right to simply be. To be: themselves; able to live in rightful expression of their natural core of shared oneness; able have their authentic cultured living (creatively restored or otherwise); able to realise and safeguard their norm of high civilisation – are natural assertions of this primary people of creation. To simply be attracts its own thrust of necessary learning. This can become pronounced or of acutely critical importance during times of interruption and disruption.

According to a contemporary mainstream source:

“"Learning to be" refers to a concept of education that emphasises holistic personal development, encompassing not just knowledge and skills but also values, attitudes, and the ability to navigate life's complexities. It's about becoming a more well-rounded, self-aware, and responsible individual. This includes developing intellectual, moral, cultural, and physical aspects, and learning to live harmoniously with oneself and others”.

As Afrikan souls necessarily look into the mirror of self, the question: What education of self in order to be am I engaged in? may be usefully asked. Indeed, the answer is surely a necessary one of practical engagement brought forth by self-determined effort.

The great hero Marcus Garvey it is necessary for the Afrikan to be:

“additionally educated or re-educated after he has imbibed the present system of education”.

If left to the ill-whims and ill-vices of miseducation and other forms of anti-Afrikan propaganda pushed and peddled by others that mean the Afrikan ill, learning to be for soul people can suffer immensely.

Of course, Afrikan souls surely must avoid becoming self-destructive vessels that seek to bring harm to or derail those rightfully missioning to learn to be and to be. This is tantamount to doing the bidding of others bent on Afrikan destruction by proxy.  Wilfully destructive gossip-mongering, the spreading of falsehoods and other acts of wrongdoing intended to hamper Afrikans from rightful beingness are of dire disorder.

Afrikan people surely have a duty and responsibility to themselves to bring about their optimal beingness for their fullest flourishing and security here, there and elsewhere. In this learning and development is key. After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
