All-Year-Round Cultivation

By the grace of the Creator Supreme, Afrikan souls naturally hold oneness amongst themselves throughout the various levels of their ever-ascending journey. There is oneness cultivated to secure  oneness within the person self,  in the harmonious and complementary union of the Afrikan man and the Afrikan woman, in familyhood,  in community-hood, in nationhood and beyond. The cultural thrust that contains the values and institutional thrust of Afrikan elevation has been with the Afrikan from the earliest of times and has brought forth the most grand and longest-lived civilisations that the world has come to know.

This superlative cultured journey of the highest order has naturally all-along-the-way been energised and enlivened by the spirituality self-determined by Afrikan souls. In this, spirituality has provided the Afrikan with the energy-flow to manifest and maintain the righteous Afrikan person-self according to the nature of the man and the nature of the woman respectively. It has provided the Afrikan with the energy-flow to manifest and maintain the righteous union of harmony between the Afrikan man and the Afrikan woman, it has provided the Afrikan with the energy-flow to manifest and maintain righteous community-hood, nation-hood and so on. The cultural basis of living that ensures each level of Afrikan life thrives is empowered with the thrust of the spirituality of this spirit people of creation.

Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill have attempted to destroy the spiritual-cultural fabric of Afrikan life and the necessary and  progressive manifestations that it brings forth. Yet, victoriously Afrikan souls have continued to lift themselves and amongst the debris of foreign destruction have creatively restored cultural fabric of life through an organised effort that gave rise to the wonderful observance of Kwanzaa. This special time of year is: ‘a celebration of family, community, nation and race’ – Afrikan family, community nation and race. Here, the cultural thrust for life’s ascension that has been with the Afrikan all along has been beautifully and progressively restored for ready access and engagement by Afrikan souls throughout the world. At the same time, the metaphysical substance of this spirit people continues to energise the living of culturally restored life. In this, spirituality is also restored  phenomena flowing though,  intertwined and at one in harmony with the culture base of this world people.  The spirituality of the world community is Afrikan. Thus, Afrikan spirituality by way of Kwanzaa (ASBWOK) is real and progressive phenomena just as the culture base it energises is real and progressive.

ASBWOK then, is not a vehicle of self-abandonment or escapism. Rather it is Afrikan spiritual functioning that can bring forth rightful Afrikan family, community nation and race as vital component in Afrikan spiritual-cultural living. The great hero Omowale Malcolm X who’s impact on the process that brought forth the wonderful Kwanzaa observance is deeply profound shared this on the importance of cultural roots:

‘Just as a tree without roots is dead, a people without history or cultural roots also becomes a dead people’.

This deeply spiritual grand hero knew and understood clearly that life is to be engaged in. Spirituality of the Afrikan empowers engagement for life’s success, achievements and victories. ASBWOK is not a conclusion of life but a way to give rise to concrete and practical gains for the betterment of Afrikan souls.

Universal Royal Afrikan Spirituality of the Universal Royal Afrikan Nation utilises ASBWOK. Here, Afrikan Spirituality is a vital part of life’s functioning.  It is a living of wholesome oneness where the various observance times of year each have there spiritual-cultural symbols and focus all in complementary and harmonious fabric, each observance to the next. And of course, the grand annual yield of growth, development, achievement, progress, elevation and so on are celebrated during the Kwanzaa observance celebratory period itself.

The Universal Royal Afrikan Nation (URAN) is an organ that is rooted in spiritual and cultural fabric for the imperative the mission of global Afrikan ascendancy. Throughout its annual observance calendar cycle URAN energises active knowingness in and from the core spirit levels of Afrikan beingness.
