Celebrating the Great Marcus Garvey and the Garvey Movement

In the upper part of the so-called 20th century, the supreme visionary Marcus Garvey was aware of the bogus anti-Afrikan tactics of alien forces. Whether they made their ill-deeds  known during the wonderful time of Garvey’s International Convention or otherwise, Garvey rightly cautioned his people to ‘Beware of Greeks Bearing Gifts’:

“The greatest enemies of the [Afrikan] are among those who hypocritically profess love and fellowship for him, when in truth, and deep down in their hearts, they despise and hate him. Psuedo-philanthropists and their organisations are killing the [Afrikan]….[alien] agencies are disarming, dis-visioning, dis-ambitioning, and fooling the [Afrikan] to death. They teach the [Afrikan] to look to the [alien] in a false direction…at the same time distracting the [Afrikan] from the real solution and objective of securing nationalism”.

Afrikan souls having living knowingness of themselves is imperative for life elevation and security of self-determined life institutions. Marcus Garvey sought to re-energise Afrikan souls to the rightful superlative order of themselves whilst challenging Afrikan souls not become the fodder of alien disuse.

“Where can we find in this race of ours real men. Men of character, men of purpose, men of confidence, men of faith, men who really know themselves? I have come across so many weaklings who profess to be leaders, and in the test I have found them but the slaves of a nobler class. They perform the will of their masters without question”.

In the now, the alien ‘master’ cracks his whip by proxy peddling his vices such as misandry, misogyny, feminism and so on. The Afrikan must surely purge any such ills from their being and secure their life institutions from self-destructive tendencies. Despite alien folly and disruption, it is only Afrikan souls that can truly restore rightful order to Afrikan life. Is there any better place to start than right where each Afrikan  stands with a look into the mirror of self?
