Celebrating Self-Determined Organisational Brilliancy of Nationhood

Are not the world’s greatest and most enduring civilisations ever to exist the grand expression of consistency in rightful order, construction, development, security and excellence amongst much else? As the producers of these civilisations, Afrikan souls ought to know. The self-determined quality of consistency permeates the Afrikan continuum throughout the ages. Thus, there a much empowerment that the Afrikan can gain in the now from their experience of consistency in the then. This can be have application throughout the various spheres of life including the area of organisation.

According to mainstream source the term organisational consistency holds the following meaning:

“Consistency in organisational culture refers to the alignment and adherence to shared values, beliefs, and principles within an organisation. It is the degree to which employees consistently exhibit behaviour that is in line with the organisation's cultural norms and expectations”.

To bring the focus specifically upon the Afrikan experience adjustment to the sourced detail is considered apt. The result of adaptation may then look like the following:

“Consistency in Afrikan organisational culture refers to the alignment and adherence to shared values, beliefs and principles within an organisation that missions in service of Afrikan fullest flourishing and security. It is the degree to which members consistently exhibit behaviour that is in line with the organisation’s spiritual-cultural norms and expectations for Afrikan ascension”.

Unfortunately, others that mean the Afrikan ill can make a mission out of pushing and peddling destructive vices to engender inconsistency within Afrikan organs missioning for Afrikan ascension. Some vices can be more obvious than others. Indeed, some can be overt and whilst others remain covert. The derailment of organ membership by open political, economic and other harassments may be obvious and overt. Whilst the deliberate coercing of susceptible to souls to become ‘operatives’ in generating inconsistencies that lead to organ disruption may not be so readily identifiable.

Further, inconsistencies can become disruptive to Afrikan organisational flow with souls being consumed with the ill-vices that give rise to outcomes that may be described as being fickle. A splash of illusionary fame or fortune here or there, some fantastical paradise ‘escape’ from reality, some offer of a few token trinkets may sway the susceptible soul this way or that rendering harmful organisational disturbances and damaging inconsistencies in the thrust of rightful order for Afrikan ascension. Of course, a basic mode of disruption can be considered to be the wilful creation of inconsistencies by falsely posing as a stalwart of consistent longevity whilst actually flaking from one instance to the next. Afrikan souls certainly ought to secure their self-determined organisational bodies of upright ascension from such disruption and avoid amplification of such disorder emitted from collectives of ill.

Only Afrikan souls themselves are able to secure organisational consistency for their ascension through the knowingness of themselves – inclusive of their organisational experiences. From whatever locale, station, level or status Afrikan souls can take progressive steps forward in this regard and empower themselves in application of rightful order.  After all, civilisation is not of happenstance.
